Given Accor's Mövenpick brand positioning, it should be on par with hotels like Four Points, Hilton Garden Inn, and Metropark, but it actually falls short of other hotels in the same category. 1. **Limited Elevators:** There are only two elevators, which is a significant structural flaw. 2. **Rough Room Finishes:** The room we stayed in had two removable ceiling panels, one of which was directly above the bed. The interior design felt incredibly shoddy. 3. **Incomplete Room Amenities:** For a deluxe room, there was only one round table and one chair. If two people wanted to sit and eat, they'd have to take turns – it felt quite stingy. 4. **Very Basic Breakfast:** While the restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, the breakfast selection was extremely limited, only slightly better than what you'd find at a Hanting Hotel. 5. **Staff Proficiency Needs Improvement:** The check-in process was a bit clumsy and not smooth, which is not the professional standard expected from an international brand hotel. **Overall Rating:** It's at a 3 to 4-star level, slightly better than Hanting, but below Atour."
