The free laundry facilities are an excellent touch as well as the free bottled water that is around the hotel. The hotel is also in an excellent Central location. The area has very few European tourists and English is not really spoken but the local people were always helpful and used translation apps. It was a great stay and id recommend this hotel 100%."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. There was healthy tea available for guests in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Even the security guards were helpful and happy to provide information – they even rushed to help carry our luggage down the steps. Breakfast was served in the library, which has a beautiful decoration and a wide selection of food. The best part of our stay, however, was the hotel's thoughtful service. They helped my daughter – who is currently in London – order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in the room for Mother's Day. I had no idea about this arrangement. Shortly after we checked in, reception knocked on my door with the flowers. What a pleasant surprise! It's truly impressive that such great customer service can be delivered even online. Highly recommended!"
