During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Guest UserI came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

Guest UserAlyxPerkz provided excellent service, proactively upgrading my room. They also promptly resolved an issue with the bathtub at night. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, especially since I was traveling with my child for a US visa appointment and Wuhan was so hot that we mostly stayed at the hotel. We visited the swimming pool three times. I must commend the lifeguard who was on duty last night; he was incredibly kind to the children while we were swimming, playing games with them and watching them swim. As a parent, I felt completely at ease. Yesterday, I encountered a staff member in the hallway – unlike most hotels where they just offer a greeting, she quickly walked over and pressed the elevator button for me, which made me feel a bit embarrassed.

Guest UserTraveling solo, I'd heard Wuhan was a bit of a 'hotel desert,' and unfortunately, that turned out to be true. First off, the front desk attendant was very friendly and upgraded my room, which was great. However, there were some issues with the room's cleanliness – I could definitely smell that damp, musty carpet odor, though it wasn't a major problem. The hotel has no exterior views, which is negligible, but it's *very* close to residential buildings, so I practically kept the curtains closed the entire stay. On the plus side, the butler service was very responsive, and the underground parking was spacious and easy to use. Breakfast was à la carte, and the Eggs Benedict was quite tasty. Overall, it was an unremarkable stay. I hope they can improve their user-friendly amenities, like providing phone stands.

Guest UserWe found it super convenient coming from Hankou Railway Station; the hotel is right by the metro entrance. The staff were warm and polite, and the room hygiene was excellent! We stayed for 2 nights, and the cleaning staff were incredibly thoughtful. They even tidied up our randomly placed small items perfectly! Even our reusable bags were folded neatly into squares – it left a strong impression!

Jchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

ShanshuodeshutiaoTraveling with my family, the hotel's location was excellent. The river view room offered stunning views of several Yangtze River bridges and the Yellow Crane Tower, which my parents absolutely loved. The room service was very thoughtful; seeing that we were brewing tea, they proactively provided extra bottles of water and even placed paper covers on our teacups. My child's T-shirt, which was casually left on the sofa, was also neatly folded. Huang Rui, the lobby manager, actively inquired about our needs and offered us a late check-out, which perfectly solved the awkward situation of having nowhere to go between lunch and our high-speed train.

Rooms:
This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then.
The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down.
I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases.
However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well.
Service:
Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts.
Pool:
It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap.
Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus.
What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.
