Wuhan Spa Hotels

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

I came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great location, excellent staff, I would like to thank especially Cora Cheng and Jay Liu, as they always helped me with my orders.

My husband and I checked into the hotel on the 17th. That evening, while swimming, my husband accidentally left his wedding ring in the hotel's pool locker. 😭 We didn't realize it was missing until a full day later, after we'd already checked out. We were both flustered, and he couldn't remember where he'd put it. At first, we thought it might be in the guest room and called the hotel, but they said it wasn't there. After replaying our steps, we figured it might be in the pool locker. We contacted the hotel again, but by then, it was too late and the pool was closed. The front desk said they would help us look for it the next day. Knowing the sentimental value of the wedding ring far outweighed its monetary worth, we were prepared for the possibility that it might not be found. Early the next morning, we contacted the hotel staff, Sunny and Bernice, again. To our immense relief, the ring was found, perfectly intact! 🥰 There are no cameras inside the pool changing rooms, and quite some time had passed, so getting it back truly felt like a miracle ✨. We checked in again today, and it was perfect timing to retrieve the ring 💍. When we went for a swim, we learned that Huang Xin was the one who found it. We are so incredibly grateful for his honesty. It's Qixi Festival today, and getting our lost ring back has made us so happy! 🥳 Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the hotel team for their meticulous, professional, and responsible service. A special thanks to the hotel pool staff for helping us preserve this important memento ❤️.

The stay was excellent, the room was comfortable and tidy. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the lobby is grand and stylish. It's very close to the Sports Center, and getting around by subway is also super convenient.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

I went to Optics Valley for a concert, and this hotel offers round-trip shuttle service, which was super convenient. The room itself was large, clean, and spacious, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus! They have a gym and a laundry room, which is great. It's also close to Optics Valley Joy City, so there are tons of food delivery options. Plus, it's near the Optics Valley elevated rail and there are shared bikes everywhere – I could get to Joy City in about 5 minutes on a bike. The service was very friendly and good. It’s perfect for a quick trip, and I even managed to see some cherry blossoms while I was there!

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. I booked a Deluxe River View King Room and was upgraded to an Executive King Room for free. The view was absolutely stunning. The dinner selection on the executive floor wasn't vast, but the quality was high. My dad stayed at this hotel during the pandemic, so I specially brought my child here to experience it. Holly, our butler, provided fantastic service!

The lobby is grand, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathroom fixtures are all branded. The service attitude is exceptionally good; a bellhop helped with our luggage as soon as the taxi arrived, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. They provided several drinks in the minibar, and a 100 RMB voucher for a hydrating spa treatment (which I didn't get to use due to time constraints). There was also a Didi ride-hailing discount voucher (starting from 50% off), all of which were excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel stay was very agreable so i extended the stay. The rooms are confortable and have a nice Balcony with view to the lake and pool. Overall staff could speak english and that helped the stay feeling more confortable. The gym was large and well equipped. Negatives: The pool could be better. Strangely there were no deck chairs to relax. Nor parasol. During the time i was there (over one week) there was also no pool bar, as that half of the pool was closed. so basically no pool enjoyment at all. Didn't understand pool management. If you have the assets, open them for guests to use. Negative2: Taobao deliveries can be extremely slow on the weekend, sometimes took over 30m from lobby to my room. More robots would help solve this problem Overall would repeat but these problems should be solved
