Xuancheng Spa Hotels

After landing in Nanjing, it took us 2 hours by taxi to reach the hotel. We happened to arrive during Typhoon White Dolphin, so we ended up staying and eating at the hotel for all 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel only had one Chinese restaurant, and we practically tried everything on the menu. All 7 of us in the group thought the food was good. The hotel's facilities were decent, but there was a shortage of staff, leading to some service shortcomings. However, you could tell the staff were truly trying their best to do better. The natural environment around the hotel is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, but unfortunately, due to the typhoon, we couldn't explore the surroundings. Luckily, the hotel offered some other activities to pass the time. Since it's in a mountainous area, you can't order delivery, so other guests should be prepared for that when they visit. I hope the hotel continues to maintain its original intentions and improve its shortcomings. Wishing all the staff members success in everything they do!

For this price, the value for money is unbeatable! If you're visiting Ningguo, I definitely recommend this place. The room's hardware itself is actually pretty good; it could easily pass for a higher-tier hotel. Some of the staff seemed a bit green, but the experienced ones were all smiles and very service-oriented. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, a big plus. The cleanliness was good, and the bed was comfortable, though the bedding felt a tiny bit rough. Overall, I had a good rest. The main thing is that the price is simply unbeatable!

The stay experience was great! The parent-child room was arranged with special care, and the child was excited as soon as he entered the door. The room is spacious, with a building block table, floor mats, and giant panda dolls. Toiletries are also for children, safe and secure. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the children's slippers were also intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety and the children have a good time. The overall price is very high, I will choose here next time I travel with my baby!

Then the lobby waiter said that the call was at 5 pm and then we registered first. When we went to 4:30, there was a waiter who said that this was it. A few minutes call and then wait until five o'clock to tell us that it is six o'clock. We go to the front desk and ask if we can offer a discount. The front desk said that it is cheaper to send us a snack. When we check in at night, we will see a small bread, a box of pure milk, a bag of red dates. There is no sincerity at 398. Stayed for six hours and a penny less for a night. There is no discount. The experience is very poor.

Convenient parking, but the hygiene was just okay and the facilities were outdated. The breakfast was mediocre, definitely not worth the 30 yuan breakfast voucher. I stayed here once for a business trip, and I'll have to consider whether to stay again next time.

The overall environment is quite nice, but since no one has stayed there for a long time, bugs have appeared, and some of the wallpaper is peeling off. The worst part was that several reckless children kept setting off fireworks outside while I was trying to sleep. I called the front desk but no one answered, and they kept making a ruckus until I was exhausted. The hotel's inaction shows a lack of responsibility towards the children. As for breakfast, with a 38 yuan budget, it was unacceptable to serve it like that. The waiter said he was too busy to wipe the table, threw down a napkin, told me to do it myself, and left.
