The Burman was perfection. Amazing breakfast. 24/7 room service. Great spa. Fantastic massage. Beautiful decor, great layout, clean, quiet, updated technology. Every detail was thought of, even a sewing kit which came in handy. Staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect too. Will stay again.

Very clean and quiet hotel, lovely shower, bathrobes and slippers. Amazing spa and chocolate hour is a nice touch. However the check in was long as there was a queue and one person at the reception. Not so happy with the bedding, uncomfortable pillows and soft mattress. Not worth paying extra for breakfast, limited choice and extra €5 for fresh orange juice is not acceptable. At breakfast we felt rushed and pestered by the waitresses.

Hotel facilities and services are very good. However, one thing is not very friendly to guests who are not good at English. The Russians who stay at the hotel are not very friendly to the Chinese and do not know where to be confident. It can be seen that the IQ of a person with a big face and a thick neck is not enough.

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast offers great variation of choices. Nice sauna and steam and warm indoor pool.Unfortunately, the changing rooms in the spa is soaking with water.

The hotel is located on the edge of the old town, and all attractions are within walking distance. In the evening, the front desk staff patiently introduced the local situation and recommended transportation methods. There is no problem with hygiene.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

The spa was fantastic, everyone enjoyed it. We were leaving early in the morning to catch a ferry to Helsinki so when we checked in we said we didn't need breakfast. The lady insisted that they will give us packed breakfast in the evening, nice touch.

Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms. We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Whether it is shopping, entertainment or exploring the beautiful scenery of the city, it is all within easy reach. The most surprising thing is the rich breakfast, with a variety of delicious foods, which will inject full vitality into your new day. Here, you will experience caring service, comfortable accommodation environment and delicious breakfast.
