Very quiet hotel, nice pool, but spa and fitness are not 5star hotel quality

The breakfast was really delicious, the service was very gentlemanly and friendly, and the beach was really beautiful, perfect for surfing and morning jogging. It was a pity that I didn't stay longer. And there were quite a lot of toiletries and snacks, this place is awesome!!!

The three-meal all-inclusive hotel is not friendly to the Chinese stomach, the dishes have not changed, and they will go out to eat in the next few days. Room decoration, fast hotel style, no toothbrush toothpaste, slippers, bathrobes, no bathtub, no carpet, serious room smell, has proposed to the hotel to change the room, reply to the full room, far from the city, driving more than 20 minutes. (I rented a car) is not convenient. For people from China, it is not recommended!

I also said that I am looking forward to coming to Chongqing one day. Play, also very cute uncle, I felt very strong kindness and courtesy. The front desk lady service is also super good, and we are welcome with a smile. Every staff member registered at the entrance of the restaurant was very gentleman and polite. Most of the staff in the restaurant were also very good. (except for an aunt at the breakfast iron plate, the attitude was a bit bad), and the cleaning staff was very neat. 2. The environment, the hotel environment is really super beautiful, I feel the ultimate relaxation from the inside to the outside, the swimming pool is designed too beautiful, there is an up room on the top floor, overlooking the entire hotel and the sea in the distance. And the hotel is an all-inclusive meal, the most expected every day is when eating, the buffet is delicious, the variety is different every day.

It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it. We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉. Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill. We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

We stay at this hotel for the 4th time. Very enjoyable location (not more than 5 minutes to the beach), staff attitude (on the respiratory is a Russian-speaking girl Yula who is always ready to help). The choice of food with years becomes a little bit less and more uniform (unfortunately, it is a general trend), but even what is - very and very good. In the ”price\quality” ratio, in my opinion, is the best choice of the hotels in this area. From the upper floors, the city and mountains are beautiful views. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
