SSudi 39This is an absolutely superb hotel, and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member helped with my luggage. The hotel's natural light and cleanliness are excellent. The room's layout truly impressed me; the dedicated luggage area was a thoughtful touch. It's the first time I've encountered a bathroom with two sinks, which perfectly solved the morning rush. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. Downstairs, it's very convenient to reach shopping streets and souvenir shops. Finally, the breakfast was the biggest bonus – it easily beats many brunch spots and coffee shops. If only my budget allowed, I'd stay here every day!

FFelixDThis was my second stay in the hotel. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, David treated us fantastically and gave us two great rooms in a high floor facing the sea and Montjuic mount, where luckily that same night there were fireworks. The rooms were big and very original, the same unique feeling as the whole building that you cannot find in too many hotels.
The roof top bar and swimming pool are excellent to chill and admire the beauty of the city. The gym is a bit compact but enough for a workout, and it has a small indoor pool to relax.
But the breakfast was for me the highlight. The service was impeccable, preparing coffee for you on demand, and the variety of fruits, cold cuts and different dishes was so good that our breakfast lasted close to one hour.
I will go again for sure!

JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is next door to Razzmatazz. It is normally quiet, but quite a crazy place during Friday and Saturday nights. It is about 30 min walking from the port, La Sagrada Família, and La Rambla. There are many restaurants in the walking distance. The hotel gives good services like free spa, it is quite old. My shower was not completely sealed and there was leaking to the outside. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅
Everything else, and especially the location, is great! Very nice Spanish restaurant, which greeted me in a friendly manner even at 22.00😇

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and comfortable . They have tea, coffee capsule, and water, but the mini bar in the fridge need to be paid. The room was not very species after opening the silver bat, but it’s pretty enough for three people. They’re not much window view for our room. The handle of shower head was worn out and the metal wrapping just sticks out and can cut your hand. 
When we checked in our room, they prepared a little surprise for my parents, a bottle of champagne, snacks, and a thank you card. The staff locked on our door and give us the surprise which was very sweet and lovely.  this memory will make me to book the same hotel again.

GGuest UserI always stay at this hotel when I'm in Barcelona. It's super convenient with the metro and train stations just downstairs, about 100 and 200 meters away respectively. You can get to all the sights and the airport really easily. It's in a proper residential area, and while it might not look as upscale as the Eixample, it feels very safe. There are delicious family-run restaurants nearby, a breakfast spot downstairs (cheaper than the hotel!), and a convenience store. The hotel itself is quite traditional; not super new in terms of decor, but very clean, and the hot water works great. What's really important is that normally in Europe, if you're changing rooms, you can't move your luggage in early and have to repack everything and wait until check-in time. But here, if you just tell the front desk, you can move your bags into the new room the next day – it's brilliant! There's also a small rooftop pool with a pretty nice view. Highly recommend it, ladies! The pictures show the hotel room, the breakfast place downstairs, and a nearby family restaurant (so good 😋).

GGuest UserSeriously amazing, it exceeded my expectations! The hygiene, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The environment and facilities were also great. If I come back, I'd definitely stay here again. It's great value for money and the location is super convenient, just a one-minute walk from the subway.

HHuigunianghannaFirst time in Barcelona and I opted for this five-star hotel by the sea instead of a city-center one. The main draw was that it's newly opened, so all the facilities are brand new. The lobby is incredibly grand, luxurious, and well-designed. The hotel offers bike rentals, which is super convenient for getting to the beach. For other attractions, a taxi ride takes about 20 minutes, which is still quite convenient. Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, and you can pay by credit card.

However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best.
Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward.
Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

EErwin YuanThe W Hotel boasts the best location on Barcelona beach. I recommend booking a high-floor room if possible; the sunrise views in the morning are absolutely stunning. After checking in, I suggest heading straight to the beach. The hotel has its own small private beach area accessible from the basement level, and guests get complimentary use of sun loungers and towels. The outdoor pool on the ground floor is fantastic, with many European and American tourists enjoying the sun. My tip is to have breakfast early, as the number of sun loungers on either side of the pool is limited. On Sunday evenings, the hotel hosts a pool party, which is free for guests with a room card. Non-guests have to queue and pay an entrance fee, and the atmosphere at the pool party is really great.
