A week before departure, I emailed the host for check-in information, and without a valid reason, he told me he could no longer guarantee availability. I tried to ask for an explanation, and not only did he arbitrarily cancel the reservation, leaving me without an alternative, but he also stopped responding to my messages. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If I hadn't emailed him, he would never have told me he couldn't host us anymore. Highly discouraged!!!"
