The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the famous Little Venice. The lobby is cozy, and the rooms are comfortable. Plus, the minibar drinks are complimentary! The breakfast is also quite good. 👍

Everything in this hotel is great right from the start. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Petit France with many restaurants nearby and not far from Notre-Dame of Strasbourg Cathedral as well. The room is clean, spacious with comfortable bed. I had three well rested nights here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Super beautiful hotel with a very good location. Calm but still close to the center. Very delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. Beautiful room and good bed. At the hotel you could eat to look very good and in a very pleasant place. It's a pity there was no place. The car was brought to the hotel, we were sleeping in the building above the main building, the newer part would be, there was also breakfast and spa. We will come back.

We stayed here for 1 night before flying out of Basel airport. The hotel looks interesting. The room is cozy, fresh and clean, fully equipped. There is a coffee machine, capsules, tea bags, a bottle of drinking water. It was nice to get a treat from the hotel - a couple of cookies, very tasty! It is a little unusual that the shower is not in a separate room, it is separated from the sleeping area by a wall. The next morning the hotel provided a transfer to the airport at no extra charge.

room size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel. closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

The hotel was nice and clean, great services in a quiet area. The amenities were not the most modern but everything required was there and clean. Very great stay.

It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Hotel facilities are very good. The environment and service are very good and free parking is available. However, the hotel is not in Basel, Switzerland, and the hotel is located in France. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the airport. If you are in Switzerland, it will be very troublesome to drive to this hotel. Google Navigation will keep you through the airport work zone. In short, detours to your crash. We spent hours and couldn't reach the hotel. Finally, we had to let local taxis lead the way late at night before arriving at the hotel. The taxi driver said one thing: Don't look at the navigation, it's ineffective. Anyone with a familiar route can get here from Basel.
