The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. ysunExcellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, very close to the Little Venice area of Colmar. It’s important to reserve a parking space for your car before arriving at the hotel. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed as three people and were very comfortable. There is also a free water station next to the lobby elevator, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good, with a sufficient variety of tasty options.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Colmar.

Great location near the train station.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety.
Staff were professional and welcoming.
We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.

Super beautiful hotel with a very good location. Calm but still close to the center.
Very delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. Beautiful room and good bed. At the hotel you could eat to look very good and in a very pleasant place. It's a pity there was no place.
The car was brought to the hotel, we were sleeping in the building above the main building, the newer part would be, there was also breakfast and spa. We will come back.

room size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants
if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel.
closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

The location is very close to the old town. Driving is also very easy to find. There is a parking lot for self-driving tours. Breakfast is not bad. 20 euros per person. The room is facing the vineyard. Very beautiful.

Guest UserI didn't have particularly high expectations, as I understood it was an apartment-style accommodation. However, it was spotlessly clean, offered excellent hotel amenities, and came with a kitchen, making it absolutely perfect for families.

Hotel facilities are very good. The environment and service are very good and free parking is available. However, the hotel is not in Basel, Switzerland, and the hotel is located in France. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the airport. If you are in Switzerland, it will be very troublesome to drive to this hotel. Google Navigation will keep you through the airport work zone. In short, detours to your crash. We spent hours and couldn't reach the hotel. Finally, we had to let local taxis lead the way late at night before arriving at the hotel. The taxi driver said one thing: Don't look at the navigation, it's ineffective. Anyone with a familiar route can get here from Basel.
