Alsace Spa Hotels

I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. Thank you

Excellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the famous Little Venice. The lobby is cozy, and the rooms are comfortable. Plus, the minibar drinks are complimentary! The breakfast is also quite good. 👍

Everything in this hotel is great right from the start. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Petit France with many restaurants nearby and not far from Notre-Dame of Strasbourg Cathedral as well. The room is clean, spacious with comfortable bed. I had three well rested nights here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Super beautiful hotel with a very good location. Calm but still close to the center. Very delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. Beautiful room and good bed. At the hotel you could eat to look very good and in a very pleasant place. It's a pity there was no place. The car was brought to the hotel, we were sleeping in the building above the main building, the newer part would be, there was also breakfast and spa. We will come back.

hotel was great! room is big enough to open two lugagges. shower was great, heated but the shower head doesnt stay in place, so you can only hold onto it while bathing. otherwise, use the rain shower. the shampoo and conditioner is quite drying and doesnt work well if you come from a more humid country. byo? theres a small supermarket nearby and area is quite walkable to the main tourist attractions. a mall nearby as well but didnt check that out. bedroom amenities are provided upon request. even though the ac didnt work at first but serviceman came by quickly to rectify. bed was comfy. tv casting doesnt work if youre looking to watch some shows. good stay though.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete and I feel new. If I want a spa, I can do it. But I didn’t experience it because I was too late. I hope I have a chance next time. ～ Hygiene: all aspects of the conditions are good Environment: The environment is quite good~ The room is also relatively large, it is a good choice

room size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel. closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

The staff was really not friendly, when a guest goes she would sigh in front other guest in waiting. Unlike described in Trip.com sauna is not included and it’s 15 eur for guests. (It’s described only swimming pool is with additional charges) The bed was not clean, we’ve noticed some hairs…

The room was quite big, spacious, and very clean. I really liked that they offer a free shuttle service. However, it should also be possible to contact them via WhatsApp. Since I was in France and couldn’t make international calls, I had to pay extra. At first, no one answered the phone, which was confusing. Otherwise, everything was nice.
