"從3號線的明樓站B出口出來後一直往前走（不用過任何馬路/紅綠燈哦），五分鐘後就到了，一路各種飯店都有。酒店大堂氣派，有養生茶水喝。前台的兩個美女很熱情，不僅給我的身份證裝了個保護套還送了一袋小零食。311房間很大，一大一小兩個床都很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離。早餐啥都有，我沒照全哈，雞翅膀啊雲吞啊河粉啊咖啡啊芬達啊水果啊炒菜啊都有的。早餐的三個工作人員收盤子啊添碟子啊添菜都很及時。"

"This is a fantastic hotel, a well-established five-star in Ningbo. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, with lots of local Ningbo specialties, like `hui tuan` (I'm guessing this is a specific local dish, perhaps a dumpling or pastry, which might not have a direct English equivalent, so I'll leave it as is or try to describe it if more context was given). The staff are super friendly and always greet you. A special shout-out to the server in the buffet restaurant who was exceptionally kind to the children. The swimming pools are also very clean; there are two, a smaller one with warmer water and a larger one that's still a comfortable 29 degrees Celsius.
However, for breakfast, some dishes were only labeled 'Chef's Recommendation' without their specific names. What exactly were those dishes?"

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities and environment are quite good, but the service severely falls short of the price. I didn't experience much service at all. There were more managers than service staff. As a consumer, I paid a premium for the service on Chinese New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, but there was absolutely no service to speak of. The management team outnumbered the servers; they just stood there giving orders instead of providing service. We had to pay a deposit for dinner and were given a strict dining time, yet after waiting for over an hour, not all the dishes had even arrived. The ice-cold egg tart made me wonder if it was a hotel specialty. A bunch of managers stood around pointing fingers, but not one of them noticed the service issues, leaving all customer complaints to a group of temporary staff. I came here to relax and enjoy the Spring Festival with my kids, not to find hotel problems and experience workplace politics.

GGuest UserThe Bali staff are very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with my stay. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is always nice.
I want to call special attention to 2 people that were especially helpful and kind and really went above and beyond for hotel staff members in my view. This includes Fang Rui who helped me with ”all” my laundry and one of the manager's who name is Zhou Jianing made sure my stay and room requests were handled very quickly and easily.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at the Sheraton Ninghai exceeded all my expectations! Daisy handled my check-in with exceptional professionalism and warmth, making the process incredibly smooth and quick. She also thoughtfully provided all the necessary details about my stay. Yumiko was incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions or issues I had during my visit. Jiah was meticulously attentive and thorough, providing such thoughtful service that made me feel truly cared for. Brisa made the check-out process simple and efficient; there was no waiting in line, and she was very patient and gentle. The entire hotel staff provided excellent service. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, and the overall service was impeccable. The breakfast was fantastic too! My lake-view room directly overlooked Tianming Lake, and the hotel has direct access to Tianming Lake Park from both sides, making it a perfect spot for walks or jogs to soak in the natural beauty. Overall, my experience was superb. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit!

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel was excellent. The overall atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and everything feels brand new. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is great, and having a bathtub made the experience even more relaxing.
The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important during warmer days. Room service was also very good—fast, reliable, and efficient. Overall, the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations in every way.
In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in the city. The quality of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort make it a place I would gladly stay at again and highly recommend to others.
The only downside is that very few staff members speak English, which can make communication a bit challenging for international guests. However, with the help of translation apps, we were able to manage without any major issues.
Other than the language barrier, everything was outstanding. A modern, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel that offers a great experience. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GGuest UserTraveling with my dog Lucas during the May Day holiday, I pre-booked the Cordis Hotel in Dongqian Lake, Ningbo on Trip.com. The hotel's location is superb, with a large grassy area right across the street. Hanping Old Street is also a convenient 30-minute walk away. Our hotel butler, Linya, was incredibly attentive and even upgraded us to a lake-view room for free. The hotel's lawn was fantastic, and Lucas had a wonderful time playing there. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also a lovely touch. Dongqian Lake is perfect for a dog-friendly vacation, and the Cordis Hotel is definitely worth experiencing with your furry friend.

GGuest User1. The main advantage of the hillside rooms is the private hot spring. Other facilities, however, are quite a step down from the main Junlan building. The amenities are pretty old, and the bathroom design is poorly thought out—no mirror above the sink and no hooks or racks for towels. It fell short of my expectations.
2. The hotel lacks a kids' club, and the outdoor facilities aren't designed with families in mind, making it unsuitable for guests with children. Plus, the outdoor farm and other areas are really old, run-down, and poorly maintained.
3. Breakfast was just average, nothing special.
4. There was no butler service, and everything was just standard. They even asked for a good review, but honestly, I didn't experience any exceptional service.
5. Overall, the experience was quite mediocre. Especially the first few hillside rooms, which lack a balcony and a sofa, are very small and offer poor value for money.

SShenhuamei-This hotel truly warmed my heart! The overall environment and facilities are excellent, and the service is simply impeccable. I accidentally left my pants behind and didn't even realize it, but the staff proactively contacted me – they were so responsible and thoughtful. Auntie Mei Jiao at the hot springs was especially kind, warm, and attentive. She even went out of her way to make us ginger tea. Every detail showed such warmth, making our stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free. Highly recommended!

QQingshuixianshengWhile there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. It is precisely their dedicated efforts that create such memorable Park Hyatt experiences for guests. Park Hyatt Ningbo, we must come again!

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.
