Yogyakarta Spa Hotels

We love the location of this Hotel. Easy to walk to the nearest shopping areas. Breakfast spread is good although this is within the fasting period. Only one small comment is the Bathing room is very slippery when showering. I slipped and fall while bathing, lucky that I didn't knock on to the glass panel or the wall. Suggest to have bathing mat at the showering point. Overall for my friends and I are very satisfy with the stay at Harper Hotel.

Perhaps it's because I was backpacking, or maybe because I was new to the place and didn't tip the bellhop, but I felt like I was treated differently. 1. My Borobudur souvenir slippers went missing while being transported from the lobby to my room. I only discovered this on my checkout day. The service staff tried hard to find them but couldn't. These shoes weren't expensive but held special meaning to me. 2. When I used the hotel's laundry service, the staff didn't proactively deliver my clothes after they were done. Instead, I had to call them before they brought the clothes to my room. What's more, two people came: one with the clothes and another with a POS machine for me to pay on the spot. At other hotels, laundry and other additional services are usually settled all at once during checkout. This made me feel disrespected, as if they thought I would try to skip out on the payment. 3. I ordered takeout to the hotel, and the app showed it had been delivered. I went to the front desk myself only to find my order wasn't there. After informing the front desk, I waited at least another 10 minutes before staff brought my food from outside the hotel. I really don't think the service here lives up to its so-called five-star rating. I won't be staying here again.

Good budget hostel near the city centre. The pool is quite clean and there are a lot of spaces to hang out with other travelers and also a stove where you can make coffee or noodles.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The highlight of our trip was the incredible service from the front desk staff, Mba Erin and Mba Ninik. We were traveling with our kids, and they kindly gave us a free room upgrade so that our rooms could be close together. Their proactive and helpful attitude really made our stay much more comfortable. The hotel itself is great, but the staff truly makes it 5 stars. Highly recommended

If you’re planning a Jogja trip from Jakarta, skip the flight stress and take the train instead — around 7 hours - but no airport queues, no long drive to the terminal, no trek from the airport into the city centre after. Just watch the country roll by and step off right in Jogja. Location is everything here. eL Hotel Yogyakarta Malioboro is about a 12-minute walk from the train station (18 minutes by car, thanks to the one-way system), and literally one minute’s walk to Malioboro Street itself — so shopping, food, and street life are right on your doorstep. Bonus: it’s also only 15 minutes on foot to Beringharjo, the famous batik market, if you’re after souvenirs or fabric. What you get: a clean, comfortable 4-star stay with genuinely helpful staff. There’s a pool, though it’s shaded — lovely for a cool dip, not so much if you’re after a sunbathing session. The spa keeps it simple with paid massages only. Perfect if your Jogja trip is about sleeping well, staying central, and being close enough to everything to just walk out the door and explore. 📍 eL Hotel Yogyakarta Malioboro, Jl. 1. The hotel staff provided excellent and friendly service. 2. The hotel ambiance is luxurious. 3. The hotel also has a pleasant and refreshing scent. 4. The welcome drink was refreshing when I checked in during the day, and in the evening it was like ginger tea. 5. The room also met my request: clean, fragrant, tidy, with great facilities, and the AC was wonderfully cold. 6. The swimming pool and gym are also excellent. 7. Highly recommended as a choice, especially since as a resident of Gading Serpong, the hotel is within walking distance to Kopi Tuku, Gudeg Sagan, Tugu Jogja, and Malioboro. In short, this hotel is incredibly strategic, simply the best.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, if I'm not mistaken. It's close to the city center, the service is friendly, and the food is delicious! 😍😍😍

Well situated in the middle of town, walked to and back to malioboro. Just slightly outside the traffic area of malioboro and inside of the castle wall of Yogyakarta, but easier to get into the attraction in town. Were a trip to meet my old friends so its great point to meet in the middle of friends around yogya that resided at different places they are very nice people too, the worker there. 200.000 were left on the desk by assuming the person who were there before me. they didn't check. it was still there last time I check.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Spacious room and good bathroom facilities. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Friendly and attentive staff. They were very considerate and helpful (I often used a crutch when walking). Lovely swimming pool, just a shame there are so few sun loungers in the shade.

Sempat agak worry karena beberapa review, but I had great nights stay in Uniq. I chose deluxe room, it has bigger space jadi enak bisa buat sholat di kamar dan ga ribet kalo bawa koper. Sabun shampoo 2 in 1 tapi ga ada masalah dan aromanya harum. Staffs are nice dari mulai di parkiran sama proses checkin. All is well!
