"The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center and very quiet. The suite is more suitable for a family of three and has a small terrace, but the view outside the terrace is very ordinary. Still highly recommended"

"Perfect to stay for short/long term
Despite a bit far away from railway/bus stations, situated at the very quiet waterfront with a beautiful night view, so nothing to disturb out sleep at all
Restaurant/rooftop bar in the hotel and also a vairety of restaurants nearby, close to main tourist attractions
Very clean and modern interior, spa and kid room inside as well as friendly staff
Large kitchen/dining room and comfortable bunk beds
Should be better to have a kitchen knife in guest kitchen"

"The hotel was well, with good views. There is a bar above and a restaurant below. Unfortunately, you didn't have to sit and enjoy a drink in the restaurant - so we went out to the city. The Polish are very restraint, yes they look directly acid all the time. And only a few were open and talkable. Maybe they are not so good to English? Breakfast was OK, there was no bacon and nutella. And only a slow coffee machine. But when it was filled up, everything was fine (it was supposed to come before 9 a.m. to get it all)"

Amazing
MMartin Anthony MiszerakVery pleasant and comfortable hotel just off the Old Town of Gdansk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. An excellent breakfast is served, but the other meals are less overwhelming. For example, the Ceasar Salad I ordered had actually little in common with what a ceasar ought be. The most irritating experience occurred in the swimming pool. The hotel disposes of a beautiful swinning pool which I love to use. However, wwhen I arrived the first day, the pool was was occupied by some acqua gym group and in effect not available to hotel guests. This is totally inacceptable. The hotel guests must be given priority in the use of the pool!
ZZHIMINFamily holiday trip, staying at this hotel in Gdansk, this is a city center location, just on Amber Street, right outside, it is not far from all attractions, there is bottled water, no phone in the room, no kettle and coffee Machine, as you can freely enjoy tea or coffee with your room card in the lobby. The room is also good. Our room is an interior view room, the lobby lights are bright, the room has blackout curtains, and the breakfast is also good for me. Although not as good as a domestic four-star hotel, it was quite good during our trip. If there is a chance to go to Poland, this place is pretty good
GGuest UserExcellent hotel in Gdansk, slightly out of the city center, but just a 5-minute walk to the main street. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The spa is a real bonus for this lovely property! Congratulations!
CCHEN RExcellent service, great location, and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in Gdansk for two nights, but unfortunately, we could only book one night here – it's incredibly popular and hard to get a room!
SssjinThis hotel has the advantage of being quiet in a residential area, but it's a little far from the main street. I liked the unique atmosphere after being assigned to the room, but the room was dust, a spider(?), and shower booth mold. It was a pity that the hygiene was terrible.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating.
At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly.
I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.
GGuest UserWe got a much worse room than it looked in the pictures. It was one apartment converted into two smaller ones, with very thin walls. This unfortunately worsened the overall impression of these apartments :(
YYANHUAIf it's summer, go to the beach and it's a good choice. The room facilities are old and the bathroom smells bad. The breakfast was very good compared to many hotels. Suitable for beach vacation and leisure. In the morning you can see the sunrise and the seaside
GGuest UserLocation, room, service, breakfast, price is very satisfied, if it is not a hurry, I would like to stay one more night. Recommended to Gdansk!
MMirkozar86Cute small apartment, very new, close to the center and main attractions of the city. The communication with the property was not very smooth as we didn’t receive the email with the instructions. In general a good place
