GGuest UserProfessionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

GGuest UserFood options at breakfast and dinner were decent. We are glad we went for the half board option. Desserts were really nice. Free access to indoor heated pools were really good and jacuzzi. Great view from our bedroom with two balconies.
ATM and money exchange was available at the hotel.
Corner shops and food shops also nearby. Evening entertainment bit loud. Beautiful view of seafront and walkable to beach with unlimited drinks.
Spacious rooms and quiet. Sadly bedsheets were dirty did request for them to be changed but were still bubbly and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Pillows were too soft. Carpets a bit run down in hotel and smell of cigarettes in corridors. Requested iron three times and didnt get it till next day. Any additional water bottles for the room we were told had an extra charge. Decent hotel for a short stay.

Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

ZZAYATIJ’ai été surpris par l’accueil et le professionnalisme de l’équipe de cet hôtel, un personnel très respectable professionnel, très accueillant bienveillant. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. C’est un endroit très calme pour se poser tranquillement la propreté de cette hôtel mérite ces cinq étoiles sur chaque classement en en garde un super bon souvenir et hâte de revenir prochainement. J’ai remercie encore particulièrement le service de sécurité, le service à l’accueil réception et surtout le personnel de restauration vraiment y a rien à dire. Allez allez-y, les yeux fermés pour ceux qui veulentséjourner dans cet hôtel vous serez super bien acquis. Merci encore et j’espère à très bientôt.

DDOMENICOBON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE
Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice, but there were several nuances, for example, there were no toothbrushes and pastes in the room, also towels were not always clean, cleaning was not regulated, however, food was good and food was delicious! You have to understand that the hotel is really very big but is on part of the reconstruction, we got a really new room!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the breakfasts are monotonous, the same every day, the service is a 4, overall everyone is friendly, if you are relaxing alone it is fine, but if you have a family with children it will probably not be comfortable

JJames NilesExcellent hotel , staff very helpful , currency exchange , better than the very few ones in the area . Food was really good , plenty of choice , even salad s looked fresh . Beer very good , imported spirits , mostly no charge , all round very good , only gripe , a map of complex would be helpful , only found the water slides by accident ? .
