GGuest UserThe hotel is magically decorated for the New Year. The food is very fresh and varied, and the dessert buffet is impressive in its size. Access to the park is free for hotel guests. Request a room in the right wing or above the third floor for a fantastic view of the castle and evening performances.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed

LlvntWe stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway.
The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious.
We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses.
The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics.
We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

Children animators all wonderful 👍🏻There are questions, very all fat, for health it is certainly such for yourself. All the rest is wonderful, the new aquapark is good done, the new children's game 👍🏻

GGuest UserIch war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und gut organisiert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Service hat gut funktioniert. Auch die Lage und die Ausstattung haben meinen Erwartungen entsprochen.
Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

BBÜNYAMİNThe hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient.
Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange.
