Room service was subpar, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. My bedding wasn't changed daily, and slippers weren't provided. Also, some toiletries were missing. The food selection was vast and varied, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. On my last day, I actually got food poisoning, and I only ate and drank at the hotel. For the price and a 5-star rating, this hotel definitely doesn't deliver.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. I want to share my impressions of our magical vacation at the Xanadu Resort Hotel in Belek. We have a lot to compare it to (we've traveled extensively), and I can confidently say: this was truly a heavenly, top-tier vacation. Everything was wonderful — from check-in to check-out. I'd especially like to highlight: it was spotlessly clean everywhere, the grounds are huge, green, and meticulously maintained. Thanks to this, it never felt crowded — you could always find a secluded spot for a peaceful rest. The food was a separate delight. Everything was very exquisite, the ingredients were high-quality and fresh, and there was a huge selection of dishes — from confectionery masterpieces to hot meals. The assortment was so wide that we couldn't even try 10% of it during our entire stay. In every corner of the hotel, you could feel the staff's care. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and ready to help. Special thanks to the front desk staff (unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but they were very warm and professional people) — they welcomed us warmly and promptly resolved all our check-in issues. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and flawless vacation. We will definitely be back with the whole family, all of us!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Hotel service is good, take the children to add an extra bed for free. It is free as long as you eat and drink. There is an a la carte restaurant that is open 24 hours and can be eaten at any time. Anyway, for a few days, I couldn't move. The hotel is not far from the Legendary Kingdom Playground, except that there is no Chinese food, this hotel has no disadvantages.

The hotel area is not very large but well-planned and well-used. In winter it is better to settle mainly in the building. In various types of bungalow is quite cool. We spent a long time deliberating and choosing a hotel in Turkey, watching video reviews on YouTube and Instagram. We finally settled on The X Belek. Our priorities were an all-inclusive, 5-star hotel within our budget. This place is magnificent, with clean rooms and a freshly renovated hotel. The rooms themselves are excellent, fresh, and modern. In terms of food and drinks, the hotel offers 2-3 daytime bars and one 24-hour bar in the lobby. The food is delicious, with several options including both traditional and European cuisine. If this is your first time visiting Turkey and you're looking for an all-inclusive hotel, this option is one of the best for value for money. Even for the price, the service, food, alcohol, entertainment, and private beach feel like a gift ❤️. I definitely recommend it! The hotel is more family-oriented than a party spot. It provides a separate, large area with its own cafe-bar, Starbucks, and pool for guests without children. (It's quiet, peaceful, and the 'red pool' is located specifically in the 16+ zone).

The hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient. Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange.

The hotel generally liked. There were few tourists, so quiet, service at the level. I liked the kitchen and drinks. Visited the spa zone, everything is excellent, the only thing it is necessary to correctly adjust the temperature in the pools , the first time was cool , then too warm. When checking, they refused to comply with the trip.com agreements, it put their fingerprint, when free rooms were refused to increase the room class. Bed large was missing , instead two small, eventually they drove away despite the information from the hotel. Also there were places of cosmetic repair in the lobby. , repair work was carried out. The guest support service needs to be more attentive and diplomatic with guests.
