Anaheim Spa Hotels

"Room was seemingly clean, but walking barefoot in the room for 5 min made our feet completely black. Nonetheless, room was comfortable for an overnight stay and good location to base yourself if visiting the Disneyland parks. I specifically chose this hotel because of free parking and free shuttle to the Disneyland Parks, but was dismayed to find out upon check-in that we were not allowed to leave our car parked in the property after check out. This was not made known to us beforehand which I think the hotel should explicitly state in the description. We ended up having to drive out and park at Disneyland itself which kind of defeated the main purpose of us booking this hotel. According to the front office staff, you're allowed to leave your car parked prior to check in but not after check out so do take that into consideration before booking/while staying. Breakfast is kinda abysmal too. You request for either a microwaveable croissant sandwich or a breakfast pita from the reception which you then heat up in the microwaves in the breakfast room. Other than that, they had some breakfast cereal selection, cup yoghurt, over-riped bananas and some beverage. If you care only about proximity to the Disneyland parks, you can consider this property"

"The staff used a translation device during check-in, which made everything clear and was very helpful. Room cleaning was done on the second night, but not on the first night of my two-night stay."

"Breakfast is a very rich American breakfast, clean and hygienic. The room type of the suite is really good and it is spacious. The gym is small and tastes too big. It is not far from Disney. You can go over and go straight to the north without going to the main entrance of Disney. It is about 1.5km. It is quite convenient. Don't look at the positioning on Ctrip, not allowed, it is actually on the side of the road. The front desk is very welcoming, self-service laundry, laundry/mixing 3 knives, on the 2nd floor."

"The location is near the Toy Story parking lot, making it convenient for shuttles, and the bus to Outlet at Orange is right around the corner. The facilities are clean, friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. If the restaurant is full, you can take it to your room for breakfast. There's also a microwave in the room, so it's convenient for reheating food... I was very satisfied in every way~^^"

"Highly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim! I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim. The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff. One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"The hotel is well located to go to Disney, with bus stops, good services around and the newly renovated hotel very clean,,, has only one problem, the insonorization issue is very bad, If you touch a room in the lower floor you will hear all the footsteps and the neighbors' TV, but if you only sleep like me when we came from Disney, you will not have any problems as you come broken. The breakfast and coffee shop should put some more professional and not capsule, but the hotel price is insurmountable,,, quality price you will not find anything better in the area."

"Conveniently located to Disneyland! Merely 10 minutes walk from the hotel through the Disney town and there you go, Disneyland! Indeed a good neighbourhood Disney hotel! It was 5 mins away from the Pixar Hotel. So it was a good deal! The breakfast was a spread, you may request for a take out boxes too especially if you are all set for the rope drop! The room was large yet coziness for a good night sleep after a tiring day! Book early to avoid disappointment!"

"I think it's absolutely fantastic! First off, it's pretty close to the park; a taxi ride is only about ten bucks, and walking back after the park closes at night takes just over ten minutes – a real time and effort saver. Secondly, the price is simply amazing. Three nights here cost less than one night at an official hotel. Since official hotels don't offer early entry anymore, it makes sense to save some money. A taxi to Goofy's Kitchen was also ten bucks, so we got to have our first meal in the US and explore the park's hotel! 😂 The official check-in time is 4 PM, but we arrived around 12 PM, and the lady at the front desk checked us in right away – super grateful for that! We got drenched in a downpour and came into a super warm room for a great nap. The fridge in the room works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable. My room was even next to the ice machine, which was incredibly convenient! There are plenty of outlets in the room, so no worries there. My mom said the pool was great, but I didn't go. Everything was awesome, except for the shower water pressure being a bit low (though the next hotel I stayed at also had low water pressure, is California experiencing a water shortage? 🥹)."
