Amazing
GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is not high, but the location is great. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the stadium to watch an ice hockey game. It is mainly a hotel for fans. The breakfast for self-stay is average. In short, it is convenient for guests without a car to stay for one night.
SShania AnrieWe stayed here or 4 nights during our Disneyland and Disney California Adventure trip, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was seamless.
The reception staff were consistently helpful, insightful, and clearly experts in what they do, you can tell they take pride in their work. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily. While the breakfast wasnât quite to my personal taste, I recognize thatâs a matter of preference.
Our room was fully equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and even a bathtub. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly together, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the city. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Weâve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit.
GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotelâs HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didnât book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didnât use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. Iâd say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!
GGuest UserFood from the hotel restaurant was gross. There were no plates, bowls, silverware in the room with a kitchenette. Â The Keurig didnt work on our second day. The outdoor jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles were broken. Â Parking was over-priced. Â Cable tv only.
The staff was pleasant. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The slides by the pool were fun for my daughter.
GGuest UserCome to the Convention and Exhibition Center to participate in the exhibition, about 10 minutes walk from the exhibition. You can eat on foot around the hotel.
It is also close to Disney.
AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.
GGuest UserI took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.
AAnonymous UserThe Holiday Inn is in a good location with convenient surroundings and offers good value for money in the greater Los Angeles area. The public area facilities are average, the rooms have been renovated and are relatively clean, but the breakfast selection is not very extensive.
GGuest UserThe Anaheim Convention and Exhibition Center is very close and can be walked. Disney/or the location is very good for meetings. For other requirements of the motel, donât have too high expectationsđ
MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
