I dealt with Enrique and Renee and they were amazing so helpful and sweet. It was my first time in Oakland and they told me about all the amazing places to go see and vist. They were always making sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Definitely will return because of those two.

Honestly, I’ve been in some not so great hotels near airports so I did not have high hopes, but wanted to be close for an early morning flight. To my delight this SpringHill is the best I’ve been in. It feels new and is clean and the room is spacious. The area is quiet, and the hotel offers a shuttle not only to and from the airport, but also from the rental car center. We called and the driver picked us up within 10 minutes as promised. There is a full restaurant and bar, to boot.

Breakfast is good. In order to see the Warriors' game live here, I like the shuttle bus service. Because of the law and order in Auckland, it is quite late to watch the game. It is just that the hotel can pick up and drop off to watch the game and call to wait a few minutes to get there. If a person comes to the game, recommend this hotel.

Excellent
GGuest UserI have been staying at this location since I first started visiting the Bay area about a year ago. I feel in love with the location right on the water a few minutes walk from Starbucks and other venues, Such a romantic locale. Comfortable, luxuriously so. The staff are always helpful and take care all my needs and check on my comfort every single day! The breakfasts always include fresh fruits, eggs and you can make your own waffles, I love the coffee it always tends to add that extra point to my stay! Above all I feel like I'm coming home to family when i return here and I will be return for a long time simply because I feel welcomed here.
GGuest UserThe hotel decoration and facilities are very new. The front office service staff have a very good attitude. They will take the initiative to say hello to the guests no matter when they come in or out, making them feel at home. At the same time, I also hope that the hotel will strengthen training and management and get better and better in the future. The air conditioner is unified and cooled. I didn't tell you in advance. The temperature is a bit low when you sleep at night and you will feel a bit cold.

Very Good
AAr RonIt was convenient on the airport side. The type of room was different from the reservation, but it changed as soon as I told it. The original room was convenient near the front desk, so I stayed without changing it, but I apologized for the drinks and snacks!
MMichael HTerrible experience. My family and I had a layover for 5 hours around midnight ant the Oakland anirport and booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and offer of shuttle service. On paper everything was great but that’s where things started to go south once we landed and were ready. - 15 minute wait for overnight front desk agent to answer our calls for the shuttle. (After multiple attempts to call) - another 25 minute wait for the shuttle (hotel is 3 minutes away) - check in was quick but the crib was not set up in the room although the agent confirmed this was noted on the reservation. (I was later given the excuse that the room attendant didn’t know how to set up the crib? - what does that even mean? I saw the crib down the hallway with linens tossed in a plastic bag on top. - was told the shuttle service back to the airport was full at 4:30am. I asked what my other options were and she told me to pick another time (but they only run every hour so a 5:30am shuttle would be too late). We hastily booked an Uber to the airport to ensure we make our flight, then a moment later got a call from front desk that there were actually 2 seats open on the bus. Too late to cancel Uber, but at this point we just wanted this whole ordeal and inconvenience to be over with. We will definitely be looking into other venues next time we find ourselves in need of a reliable night’s stay near Oakland airport.
NNkebre Oqua-Solo Edet/The front desk guy (Indian guy) was extremely pleasant and warm. The security staff were very nice and helpful. The upgraded my room to a bigger room beside the felt I would be coming with more than two people. Wow. Very thoughtful. Overall great experience!!!
ZZHUOBooked in a two-bedroom apartment suite, there are two rooms, each with a double bed and bathroom, a kitchen and living room in the middle, a microwave oven with a microwave oven, and a cup, plate and dishware. Very suitable for family living. There is a big bird on the tree outside the small balcony. There are many yachts in the small bay. Walking along the front road to the right, there is a German restaurant, German sausage and beer taste really good. The hotel's free breakfast is OK. Three kinds of sausages are eaten a day. One day there are bacon patties sausages, milk cereals, homemade waffles, and several kinds of bread jams. Originally, I wanted to live in San Francisco, but I said that the roads in the city are relatively ups and downs, the one-way line is complicated, and the parking cost is high. So I live in Auckland. It is convenient to drive the Auckland Bridge to San Francisco for two consecutive days. I found a Guilin rice noodle shop nearby in the evening, and it tastes so good! ! !
RRoman MAfter stay at this hotel ,I have a terrible headache. While I ordered online it's showed an irror, so used another card to pay. After that I had 3 payments for one night. Now I call to hotel and bank to resolve this problem, it takes hours of my time. Also ,I asked an invoice at front desk ,they denied and said that they don't give any invoices. Terrible service.
GGuest UserThis was the worst hotel out of 4 sub $75 hotels I stayed in during my trip to SF - and was the most expensive! Their advertising is deceptive, rooms are in incredibly poor shape, and is in a bad area. I would never consider staying here again! It's cheap lodging, so I'm not gonna complain about the datedness of the rooms, but they were also in poor condition. The shower valve leaked, and the shower temperature would vary between freezing cold and scalding hot. The refrigerator made a constant tapping sound. Most frighteningly, the swing bar door latch was broken. This is a safety risk, and literally a $5, 4 screw replacement. Beyond this, there were also cigarette butt holes in the bedding, and the bathroom window was wide open without a screen when I arrived. I decided to stay anyways, because by the time I checked in I didn't feel like going elsewhere. Around 12:30AM I was woken up to a woman screaming and yelling. I perceive this was in the parking lot. It woke up many other guests too, as I could hear them talking outside my room afterwards. I didn't go to check it out, but I did not see the police respond so I assume this is a common occurrence and the management does not care. Maybe I'm wrong, but I just wanted to go back to bed. An important note is this hotel is directly across from small buildings erected for the homeless to live. This in itself does not make me greatly uncomfortable, but I know it would make some other people feel this way. In the morning, I went to get breakfast, as advertised on their direct website as well as on the site I booked on. The staff member said they no longer offered breakfast ”due to covid-19”, but said the change was made very recently and they have not updated their website. Every other hotel I stayed at offered at least a takeout breakfast or better with the current covid situation (March 2022). They did not offer any discount because of this. They wouldn't even refund their ”Resort fee” in this consideration. On my way to a fast food place for breakfast I was chased by a homeless man, not exactly an issue of the hotel's, but it well represents the type of area it's in. I don't look for any sort of luxury stay for less than $75, but really this hotel is not worth it. It ended up being $86 after their resort fee, and for $15 more I could of stayed in a much nicer hotel. The only positive comment I have is the wifi was decent.
