"The hotel is conveniently located in Waterfront City, making it easy to travel to both Cat Bi International Airport and Hai Phong city center. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, while the swimming pool and restaurant met my expectations for a hotel of this standard.
However, I believe there is room for improvement in the service, especially at the front office. Although the hotel was not particularly busy during my stay, the staff did not appear very welcoming, and greetings were often missing. There was also no luggage assistance upon arrival.
When I asked about the possibility of a late check-out, the front desk responded in a rather inflexible and unfriendly manner, which left a disappointing impression. In addition, no one asked whether I was a One Harmony member or informed me of any applicable member benefits.
On a positive note, the security staff were excellent—very proactive in guiding me to the parking area and providing clear directions, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, the hotel’s facilities and location are solid, but a warmer and more guest-oriented service culture would significantly enhance the overall experience."

I had an amazing stay at this clean and spacious 2 - bedroom apartment. It was the perfect choice for our trip with two couples. Everything we needed was right there in the apartment, making our stay incredibly convenient.
The location is truly outstanding. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. We could easily grab a delicious meal or pick up essentials without having to travel far.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling in a group of two couples. It offers a comfortable and hassle - free experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place was quiet and relaxing, especially compared to the busy center of Cat Ba. The room was simple but clean, and the pool was a nice bonus after being outside all day. There’s also a small garden area that’s really nice for chilling in the evening, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so bring some mosquito spray. Staff were friendly and everything went smoothly overall

SAMSAM@Location & Transportation: The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to dining and shopping. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and various attractions.
Ambiance & Hygiene: The lobby design is simple yet grand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and fresh. There was even a subtle fragrance in the air, allowing me to completely relax the moment I stepped in.
Service: The front desk lady was very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. She even upgraded my room for free! Room service was very responsive; the extra toiletries I requested were delivered within minutes. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff; every day I returned to a perfectly tidied room, and they even left thoughtful handwritten greeting cards.
Facilities & Comfort: The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and there were pillows of various heights to choose from. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. There was plenty of hot water, and the shower pressure was perfect, washing away all the day's fatigue.

丽映萍踪The location of this hotel is really good. It has a private beach, two outdoor swimming pools, and a coastal plank road, which is picturesque. The boss is Taiwanese, which is good. But the bed in the room is too hard, the pillows are very high, there are only one-slip slippers, oh my god, it's all bruises, I can't sleep well at night, it won't work, please improve it quickly.

The staff service was top-notch, and their responsiveness was excellent. The location itself was superb, and the breakfast was fantastic.
The gym is okay if you're looking for bodyweight exercises or dumbbells (though there's a Chris Bumstead video playing on the wall... it's just not possible with the facilities provided). But it's fine for temporary use.
The pool: PERFECT!!! Even in the cold January weather, the indoor pool was enjoyable enough (why there's a foot volleyball court or ping-pong table in the middle of the pool is a mystery...).
The game room: Just skip this one... it has old games, and some are broken.
The kids' room: Don't expect the kids to play there for a long time.
However, the location and view are a solid 6/5, which makes it totally deserving of a 5-star rating overall.

I did not receive the room type that I reserved through Trip.com. My booking was for two suite rooms, each with two beds and one sofa bed, to accommodate a total of nine guests. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that this room type was not available and stated that the listing on Trip.com was incorrect. As a result, the rooms provided do not match my confirmed reservation, causing significant inconvenience to my group. I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

Peter PietroFriendly staff. I had to leave the rooms 2 days early. And they refunded me even though it wasn't refundable. The hotel is new and clean. The room is not large. The color of floor is white and black, is not very good for views. The shower have not a box the water go everywhere.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

For the shower you have to wait for hot water, no cups for coffee, the light switch in the room is a little too complicated to remember, but the stay was okay the place is quiet with the balcony
