I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương.
I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before.
Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family.
When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything.
The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better
you made it unforgettable.

JuanjuanxiaodangjiaThe resort isn't huge, but the one-bedroom pool villa rooms are excellent, and the service is incredibly attentive. Basic five-star services like luggage assistance upon arrival/departure, turn-down service, and immediate room cleaning after guests leave are all impeccably handled. The bedding is spotless. The hotel beach is clean, and the hotel's location is also quite good.

The room facilities were old and run-down, and the cleanliness was also poor. However, the breakfast was of high quality and very reasonably priced. As for the recreational facilities, they were extensive, with a children's play area, two large swimming pools, a beachfront, and a spa. It's perfect for a relaxing stay at the hotel. If you want to go out, you can use Grab for a taxi; it's about a 15-minute ride to Mui Ne village, costing around 20 RMB.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are spacious and green, everything is blooming, even vegetables are planted, and a pony lives on the property. The staff spends all day watering, sweeping, and cleaning.
The room was great, with wooden furniture and plenty of space, everything worked. I was a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside was that the windows and the entrance overlooked the pool walkway, so you could see everything. And there was no door to the bathroom or toilet. Absolutely not. The room is called ”Romance” (it says above the entrance.)
The breakfasts are excellent: fruit, vegetables, snacks, soup, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and granola. There are two types of coffee. Basically, you'll find something to suit your needs.
The beach is also a special treat; it's long and narrow. It wasn't crowded in January, and sun loungers were always available.
Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's a great choice for a quiet and beautiful vacation.

We have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!

Hotel Feedback Follow-up
I reported to the duty manager regarding the reception staff’s attitude and the manner in which the matter was handled. I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Nhi for her willingness to listen to and acknowledge the guest’s feedback. She addressed the complaint with a positive attitude and made every effort to improve the situation. Over the course of the two-day stay, her efforts at least allowed the guest to recognize the hotel’s sincerity.
As a five-star hotel operating under an international brand, service attitude is of paramount importance if the hotel aims to attract more international guests. Mutual respect is essential. While the property may still be considered for future stays, those expecting a true five-star standard of service are advised to moderate their expectations.

This hotel barely scrapes by as a 4-star. Its positives are its location, the wide beach, and plenty of available sun loungers (no need to wake up at 6 AM!), plus excellent breakfasts.
Now for the downsides – the cleaning! And it's not even about the quality. The system was completely incomprehensible during our 20-day stay; sometimes they'd clean at 11 AM, sometimes at 2 PM, 4 PM, or even 6 PM. You'd see the cart outside the door, then they'd leave, and two hours later, nothing had been done. Towel changes seemed completely random – if it looked clean, they'd just fold it and leave. Beach towels are also exchanged in the room; if you're at the beach or pool with your own, there's no exchange, and you end up chasing staff around for one. The mattress is very firm, which you can get used to, but the pillows, oh my goodness, I never got used to them. The balconies were dirty, and the windows could at least be cleaned once a week. In the last couple of days before we left, they started renovations in our building (the one closest to the sea) – more like cosmetic touch-ups, but at least it'll be cleaner.
On weekends, a lot of locals arrive, and it gets very noisy, whereas weekdays are much more relaxing. Also, there's a varied crowd of our compatriots; the first two weeks were very calm, then a real 'Tagil' group checked in.
But overall, Vietnam is wonderful. I adore Mui Ne despite its sometimes rough sea; the food is delicious and cheap, and thanks to the wind, there's no suffocating heat. You can also get a decent massage for an affordable 170,000 VND.
Almost forgot – the coffee, of course, is the most delicious and varied!

Far but we liked the chill vibes, there were just too many people in that place, making us unable to enjoy the facilities fully. but price is very reasonable and is good if there are objectives to travelling there.

颜值担当少女2号This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.
