We stayed at the end of August 2022 for 12 days at Villa Anesis and WE LOVED IT!! The Villa is perfecly situated: only a short walk to the ferry and town center, many restaurants only a few steps away, but yet very quiet! Lia, the host, made us feel very welcome from the beginning, was helpful with information and many other things. The rooms are cozy and bathrooms are new, the beds are very comfortable. Most rooms have a nice little balcony. We would definetely recommend Villa Spetses and will come back when in Spetses.

Τα συστατικά την επιτυχίας για ένα κατάλυμα είναι η καθαριότητα και η φιλοξενία. Έτσι κ εκεί, λοιπόν, το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο, καθαρό και φωτεινό, με στρώμα κατάλληλο για ύπνο και με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Στο ντους είχε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Το πρωινό φρέσκο και με ποικιλία. Η κυρία Λία, όπως και η γλυκύτατη κοπέλα στην υποδοχή πάντα με το χαμόγελο, φιλόξενες, έτοιμες να μας εξυπηρετήσουν ή και να μας βοηθήσουν σε όλα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

This hotel is located in a very quiet part of the center of Spetses, no through traffic at all. Very friendly lady who takes excellent care of her guests! The bathroom was excellent and newly refurbished, shower was brilliant!! The room was on the small side, but it was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine, though the same selection every day, but may be with more guests she could vary a bit more. In all, an excellent experience in this place! Certain recommendation!!!
