The staff is very nice and friendly. Julia , Marín and Iván at the reception were very helpful. The location is great. In the middle of the historic town. Great option to eat breakfast outside in a nice courtyard. The AC could have been stronger.

Our experience from the moment Chris met us at the Riva to help us with our luggage to the hotel to the moment we left was fantastic. Chris and Marie at the front desk helped us with our every need whether it was dining options, things to do, tips, additional things for the room, etc, MaryAnne was so sweet and helpful with breakfast in the morning and made the most amazing omelettes. The room was absolutely great and very comfortable overlooking the main square and steps away from the west entrance to the palace. The location was great with a convenience store close by if needed and dining options steps away. I wish we were spending more time at the hotel. Wonderful staff

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and the staff was attentive. But we used their laundry service the day before we left and one of my articles was missing when they returned the laundry. Then the front desk didn’t believe me and continued to charge me for the laundry service. Made it hard to trust the establishment.

An amazing boutique hotel with the most amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and the hotel is in the perfect location. A special mention has to go to Anna at reception who helped organise great reservations at restaurants and at the beach club. The cocktail bar in the courtyard has a great vibe in the evening too.

We didn’t stay here because they were sold out of the room category I wanted back in November. They were to helpful in trying to get dates to work and really went above and beyond. They recommended several other places and we ended up staying g next door. Believe they only have 19 rooms to book early especially if you want room with roof top deck. Had drinks here several days and it is lovely with a great vibe/music. Just note this is cash only for drinks.

Best bar in Split. Amazing cocktails, romantic atmosphere, lovely bartenders and mixologists. Beautiful place and good value. Unmissable. We have been here many times and definitely a place where we advise all our friends to come. A pearl in the centre of this amazing city.

We had high expectations before we arrived, but they were exceeded! Superb hotel, excellent location for the main attractions in central Split, but the hospitality was first class. Massive shout out for Andy and Maria who made our stay so enjoyable, including excellent recommendations of where to eat and drink. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property with quaintly decorated rooms and modern bathrooms. Daily housekeeping was amazing and very appreciated. Amenities include an elevator to the upper floors and a ‘chill room’ that we used to gather and visit with other members of our group (plus staff was happy to provide wine glasses and water). Breakfast was wonderful—lots of choices including eggs to order and absolutely beautiful fruit platters each morning. Rooms were equipped with a kettle for coffee/tea making, but staff also said we were welcome to come to the dining room early to get coffee or call down and they’d bring it to our room. Hotel staff were absolutely exceptional and gave us a very helpful list of restaurant recommendations. They also gave us accurate directions to the area where we needed to park, met us there, directed us into the parking spot, and then carried all of our luggage to the hotel. Talk about exceptional service! The parking does cost an extra fee, but was well worth the money. The hotel location in the historic area of Split is charming with lots of shopping and cafes nearby, very walkable. And again the hotel staff was full of energy and personality (Andy!)—we really enjoyed meeting everyone we encountered. Also, nice touch to have wash cloths in the bathroom as many hotels in Europe don’t provide them.
