This is a very nice spot in downtown Spokane. It seems to be an older building that has been upgraded and they have done a nice job. Our room was clean and well kept and the location is quiet even though it's in town. What keeps it from five stars is the minimal breakfast and the fact that a nearby street overpass seems to attract some sketchy people. Despite these, I would certainly stay here again.

The room was clean, the hotel provided free breakfast, not many patterns, egg bacon breakfast sausage, sandwich bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, but nutritious, enough for any esophagus. Free coffee and tea 24 hours, print service, free first 5 pages. There is a free ice machine in the corridor. In addition to accommodation, these additional breakfast drinking water services are very practical. The indoor flat screen TV can watch satellite TV, although there are many programs, but many advertisements. It is better to bring your own HDMI line, connected to the computer to find video viewing online. The bathroom is clean and hot water is sufficient. In short, the stay is quite comfortable. Best Western, I have lived in several cities and I have a good impression.

My experience was good not great in that it will not be a memorable experience and I will most likely try a different hotel/inn next time. Which I am really surprised about because of the fact that I have been at a coue of 3 star hotels in spokane that were way more and the doubletree is supposed to be a 4 star. The best part was the breakfast very tasty. The room was clean enough but out dated there were a few cheap upgrades not what I would have expected from a 4 star hotel.

The room is very good, large in size, new facilities, and modern. The breakfast variety is also richer, and the fruit has a mixed platter of cut grapes, blueberries and strawberries. But the room arranged for us is not a city view room, but the other side. As a result, the noise of the car at night was too loud, and I couldn't sleep well. I asked to change a room, but there was no room available. It would be one night.

I was in the week of October 16-22, for a conference. The hotel is a fantastic location, in front of Riverside Park, which is the centre of Spokane, two steps from the congress centre, which reaches walking by the Centennial Trail, a path that costs Spokane River for 38 miles eastward. West. It is advisable for those who have to go to work at the congress centre. They also have the Starbucks in the lobby, and the strippers of long chairs in front of the TV, always in the lobby (very Stefano? :-) The rooms are clean and comfortable, soft and large beds, as in the American style. Then Spokane is a city in the midst of a fabulous nature, in the amazing Washington State.

We arrived last Friday and after going to bed had constant knocking from next door and loud people running and screaming. We called the front desk and after 30 min or so somebody came to stop the commotion. We are in room 228 and had upgraded the stay because we are here for 3 nights , we stayed at your hotel many times before. I am reconsidering staying at your hotel next time for our next trip to Spokane. We are also traveling with two vehicles and not having enough parking is difficult too.

Our stay was very good. The personnel manning the front desk appeared immediately when someone approached. The breakfast meal was good and plentiful. We both like the sausage and cheese sandwich especially. The facilities were very clean and everything was in good repair. All the staff were congenial.

Having stayed at around 100 Hampton Inns -most of which look very similar - I was surprised to see the design of this one. It was quite unlike other Hamptons I had visited. It’s located near the airport (I didn’t hear any planes) and close to the city. Huge car park. We were on the final night of our long (4,500 miles) road trip so it was great to get a nice friendly welcome, hassle-free check-in, comfortable beds in a good room and a clean hotel. The breakfast was good and the same area holds the restaurant in the evening (whihc I have reviewed separately- I didn’t like it). I would stay here again.

Excellent
GGuest UserVery clean and close to what we came for. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. They had a very good breakfast we didn’t get to eat any other meals there. The pillows were good the bed was a little to hard for my comfort not really bad just a little.
SSomeGrrrlFirst of all I want to give a huge shout out to Kimberly and I think Chloe (?) at the front desk who also help run the shuttles. I took a shuttle a few times and both of them were very helpful and had great conversation throughout the trips. The shuttle is one of my favorite perks of this hotel. Not only is it 24 hours but they will also take you to either nearby ******. The Dennys vouchers were nice, and they gave you plenty of options to choose from. I personally enjoyed it more then most breakfast buffets but my husband likes the buffets as he can go back for more so he missed that. The rooms were pretty clean. They also have an amazing espresso/hot drink machine in the lobby that was amazing. My only complaints about this place, was there was no hot tub (though several pictures still show one) and the pool was very cold and smelled of chlorine (more so then most other pools) so we really only enjoyed the pool once out of our week stay. Also once in the middle the the day, power had went out, and actually the locks in my room stopped working during that time (where anyone could come in). They said they were ran on batteries and that shouldnt have happened, but it did. I just stayed in the room the whole time and hoped it wasn't out for too long. I would definitely stay here again because the positive outweighed the negative and overall our stay was good.
QQIANGood location, right next to the airport. Breakfast is Western-style bread, milk, oatmeal, and fruits, which are relatively simple and appetizing. There is parking, free of charge.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay, considering it is a pet friendly place. There was a bit of urine smell, but nothing like I expected. They tried to make it as pet urine free as possible, and kudos to their efforts. The bed was comfy, frig worked good, the people were excellent to deal with, and overall a pleasant experience, and my kitty and I will definitely stay again.. thx everyone!
GGuest UserI have reported this incident to the hotel many times with no attempts at resolution including to the front desk twice, four times to corporate, and posts on Facebook and Twitter with 80 shares. Clearly they want to ignore this and are not willing to address the danger faced by women staying at this hotel. Beware if you care about your safety! ***TRIGGER WARNING*** On Saturday March 13, 2022 at around 2:30am, a male staff member named Alex working at the Ramada Inn Downtown Spokane used the universal room key to enter my hotel room. I was asleep and was startled awake by the sound of him at the foot of my bed. I saw his shadow looming over me and I started screaming and yelled, ”Who is that? Get out of my room.” He yelled back, ”No one's supposed to be in this room.” He went back to the doorway and held the door open while he yelled at me and demanded that I leave. He said the room wasn't paid for and that I needed to leave immediately, in the middle of the night. I was shocked at the abruptness of his demands and explained that I had arranged with the front desk earlier that day to extend my stay for a second night. In fact, my assistant and I had talked three times to the front desk about extending my stay after the rest of our group left. He rudely replied that I hadn't completed the paperwork and thus had no right to be here. He again demanded that I leave and that he would collect my things. He said the rest of the ”refugee group” left earlier and that I was no longer welcome. He blamed me for this situation because I failed to sign paperwork despite being told twice by Katie at the front desk that I could take care of this later. I felt unsafe after he had been in my room so I handed him our nonprofit's credit card and said the card should already be on file but just run it again. He refused the card and said that was not an option. He seemed to determined to see me leave but then took a deep breath and said, ”I will let you stay the rest of the night” if I came downstairs now to sign paperwork and process the payment - as if he were doing me a favor by not throwing me out of the hotel. I didn't really want to leave my room at this point but I finished getting dressed and followed downstairs to finalize the transaction. When I arrived at the front desk, he was looking at the computer file and it seemed to me that he finally noticed something that indicated my story was accurate because his tone finally softened. He said, ”since there seems to have been a misunderstanding on both sides, I'm giving you 50% off for now.” First, there was no misunderstanding on my side and second, there was no apology. I requested contact information for his manager to report the intrusion and he refused, saying I could talk to them in person in the morning. At this point, I was just eager to get back to my room and signed the credit card transaction. I tried to get back to sleep but that was pointless. I was completely rattled by awakening
BbluestangThis property should not be listed as it is totally unsafe for people to stay here. We have stayed here for the past 30 years and never has it been like it is now, we will never stay here again.. We checked in in the early evening and were put in room 608, shortly after we got into our room I could smell smoke and went looking for where it was coming from. I found a homeless person in the back stairs smoking his crack which we were also now exposed too, (we both felt nauseated after this exposure). In the parking lot I found two males carrying large boxes into the building. After checking our car I found one male doing something near the drivers door of an unlicenced SUV and the other inside the building lurking around the upper hallway. It seems some of the homeless live at this hotel. By then we had had enough and I told the front desk to get rid of the crack smoker and to cancel our reservation for the next night. We were kept up most of the night with transients coming and going from rooms around ours. There is no security in the buildings and anyone has access. The room itself was beyond dirty and run down. The bed had hair in it and the sheet was badly stained. The carpets are dirty and stained The curtains are broken and dirty. The window screen is also broken and unusable. Never again.
HhunklamThe parking space is super and the parking is convenient. Old and beautiful, there is always a coffee supply. Check out time is very dead, must be 11 o'clock in the morning, if not returned, the staff will knock on the door to urge
