Such a beautiful decorated hotel, the vintage vibe is impressive. Bed is comfortable, toilet fairly clean. The three TVs can’t be connected to apple TV (which the signal was received) which is slightly disappointed. Amenities are provided via front desk. Parking is a bit hard but there’s meter parking outside the hotel.

Great service, arrived early and they immediately checked me in. Well appointed rooms, great facilities.

At time of check in the place was busy but check in process was speedy, informational and friendly, was up in the room with in 3 mins of entering a busy hotel which was outstanding work.

Room was cozy and spacious. Big bathroom with a bathtub. Free water and soft drink in the mini bar. The heritage elevator in the building was an experience. 11 am check out was brilliant! Only one thing.. wifi is too slow to use. Even the smart tv was lagging because of the slow wifi during stay. Other than that, it was great for a little staycation!

The floor is not high and the windows can be opened. The front desk service is good, which is an advantage. Being close to the train station has both advantages and noise, but the biggest problem is that the toilet paper is on the ashtray or can be used as an ashtray. Even if it is cleaned, the whole bathroom is still seriously polluted by third-hand smoke. The nose will sound the alarm in minutes.

A special hotel in the Australian itinerary, located in the central city, with a small facade and a very retro interior. There was a live concert in the bar one night. The two-bedroom suites have different styles, and I stayed in different ones twice. Unlike other hotels, all toiletries, slippers and bathrobes are provided here. Breakfast is cooked to order, and it took a long time to wait. The quantity is very large and the taste is also very good. You can walk around the surrounding area, and it is also very close to the train station, less than five minutes walk, and you can take a bus to the Gold Coast.

A very unique hotel. The elevator looks like an antique. Although the reception desk inside is a bit small, it does not hinder the warm hospitality of the staff at all. Neither my mother nor I speak English. Only my 7-year-old daughter can speak a little bit. The reception staff were very enthusiastic and patient, especially the little beauty Brodi, who patiently showed us the room. We couldn't find the hotel at night and how to get there. They came out specially to pick us up. A very warm hotel. The location is 16 minutes' walk from the city hall, so it's very convenient to go anywhere.

It's okay, the room is a bit too small. Average value for money in the same price range. The decorative paintings in the room are a bit weird hahahaha. The location is great! Breakfast was ok. The receptionist's accent is too strong...

This is the most satisfying hotel during my trip to Australia.

Everything you need, I like it very much! Travelers who like music can choose to stay on Thursday, there will be a jazz concert in the evening, a wonderful music feast

The overall decoration of the hotel is very stylish. Although the rooms are not too big, the facilities are in line with those of domestic chain stores. The location of the hotel is also about ten minutes' walk from the city. Some of the receptionists at the front desk were very nice, but some were a little cold.
