I was required to pay an $80 CASH deposit at check in or no room. I was told their ATM was available for cash if needed. They had an inexperienced young woman who needed assistance that was not given. The manager sat on her butt an yelled instructions instead of showing her how to do things. I was afraid to sit on the bathroom stool for fear of it breaking loose and being charged for damage. It also had mold around the base with an object of some kind lying nearby. There was sealant with mold around the water spout. The outside tub wall was so high it needs a warning marker. The heat/air unit had duct tape to hold its housing in place.
