Stayed one night, front desk personnel very friendly with easy check in and out. King size room on the third floor was clean and roomy. Air conditioning worked well, bedding and pillows were comfortable, no issues with WiFi. Breakfast was grab and go bags (due to COVID-19, the breakfast area was closed). Free parking, easy access to major highways.

This hotel really surprised us. You never know what you’re going to get off of the interstate but we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were so kind. We enjoyed using the pool which was a bit cold, and the kids loved the foosball table. Would recommend. Only downside is the rooms are very tiny.

Visiting our daughter in Easthampton for a week and needed roomy accommodations. The local Fairfield Inn and Suites close to her house was booked up, so we chose the Residence Inn in Chicopee, about 25 minutes away. Could not be happier. The king suite was spacious with a large living area and desk work space, full kitchen amenities, and very comfortable bed/bedding. Hot breakfast available each day. Others have complained about “highway” noise but we did not hear it, even though our room faced the back which is tree lined (and the highway beyond the trees). Good location for grocery shopping, gas, restaurants, etc. Impeccably clean and well maintained property. Extremely comfortable for longer stays. We’ll be back!

Was down for the Amherst Hobby Show and tried this hotel out for the first time, I've stayed next door at their ”sister” hotel (tru) before but had wanted to try this location out. Well, I was not disapointed. Great Hotel, staff was great, super friendly. Room was nice, laid out good, super clean. And comfy... didn't want to get out of bed honestly :) Breakfast area is kinda cramped at busy times, but tons of room to sit and eat. Lots of food options, and the food was hot and tasty. If I go back to the show next year, these guys will be my go to and if sold out, the tru next door is always a great option as well,

Booked the hotel well in advance, arrived and was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and proximity to the BIG E, which we visited today and was on our list of 'to-do's'. We were efficiently greeted by Caroline at the front desk who was very personable and hospitable. A day later, she assisted me and my wife with printing out some show tickets when I was having trouble connecting to my PC or the the hotel's printer. She saved the day and was once again happy to help. All in all the room is clean, comfortable and the bed is nice too. It is a bit noisy since the Mass Pike is just out our window and a toddler could be heard at 1:30 am in the morning from the floor above, but all in all it is a good location and value. Another bonus is a Tokyo Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel but operated separately. On our first night arrival we dined and experienced a wonderful hibachi cooked and served dinner as good as any we have ever experienced. All in all a good stay so far.

Your location Homewood Suites by Hilton Holyoke-Springfield/North 375 Whitney Ave, Holyoke, MA 01040 Extended stay hotel G Slade 26 points 22 hours ago Did not honor reservation to myself and approx 10 other guest. We we’re utilizing Homewood Suites as an extended stay until we could move into our new home, Hilton kicked us and a few others stating it was a glitch and Hilton overbooked. Also, the outside accent spotlights shined directly into the room. It was so bright I called the front desk at 3am requesting they turn it off. They were kind enough to switch our rooms but the light remained blaring in room 107. Doors did not have spring closures, every time another guest would use the door it would slam. Outside noise (guest in halls) were easily heard, no quietness. Hilton guest relations responded to this incident (after a few emails) by stating they would discuss with management. No remedy to the guest. Bottom line, if you book here there’s a good chance Hilton will not honor the reservation and you will be forced to seek alternate lodging and you’ll have a spot light shining on your room.

I was a little nervous about staying here after reading some of the reviews. The hotel is conveniently located right off Route 91. When I went to check in, I was told my room was not ready. I gave the desk clerk my phone number to let me know when room was ready. I did not receive a call but I returned about 2 hours later and my room was ready. I received a small bag with snacks and one bottle of water for being a Marriott Bonvoy member. The room was large with a king size bed, loveseat, and desk with a chair. There was a huge empty area in the room with a floor lamp that could have used a nice easy chair. The bathroom door was a barn door that did not close completely. The pool was a nice size with plenty of lounge chairs. The hotel seemed booked but the pool area was never crowded during our stay. The buffet breakfast was the usual items. I requested a list of area restaurants from the front desk. The listing was 2 pages long and the majority of the places were within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. I received my bill via email on the day I was leaving. I was charged the incorrect amount. I stopped at the front desk and the clerk stated the wrong rate was removed. She was able to correct bill immediately.

LLeidingchaishaoThe overall hotel is old and similar to a 4-star hotel in China. The room is small. The bed is very comfortable. There is no coffee machine and no hot water. There is a pizza restaurant next to the main entrance. It is the cheapest and most delicious pizza restaurant in the United States. You can try it if you pass by.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a Gymnastics competition for our kids. There was a snowstorm coming and we didn't want to worry about driving. The lobby is very inviting, clean and nicely decorated. Check-in was smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The walls seemed to be well insulated because we couldn't hear our neighbors at all. The pool/hot tub area, while pretty small, was still nice and fun. It did get crowded quick our second day so it could get a bit (covid) uncomfortable. The lobby/breakfast area was nice, the food was good and the coffee very good! That was a really nice feature given the snow storm, that we didn't have to venture out for a nice breakfast. Both continental and made to order. Our server the second day was awesome. We had been incorrectly charged the day before and though we only casually mentioned it to him, he talked to the manager and credited us back without asking. The only negative feedback was that the pool ran out of towels because the hotel was very busy. There were several events in the area so the staff was very busy. Also, there were no USB ports in the room for charging devices, only regular plugs. also not the most up to date smart TV. When I asked about this, one of the employees said that Hilton renovates every 20 years and they were just on the cusp, so they are due for some upgrades. One other thing, in consideration for it not being recently renovated, the rate per night was expensive for staying in Springfield. I think this was due to the large number of events going on in the area, but it was overpriced in my opinion. Overall though we were very happy.

GGuest UserIt’s a good hotel (and I would certainly stay here again), but you get what you pay for. First off, the price was cheap at just over $100 per night with a continental breakfast included, free parking, and clean and comfortable accommodations. Our room was good, basic, and clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also basic but clean. The pool was also clean, but it was small; three families, including ours, were using it at the same time, but that is probably the most that could use it at any one time. Breakfast was good, with lots of options, but it was cafeteria quality, which is exactly what I would hope for given the price. To summarize, it’s a good hotel. If you need a place to stay, then this is a good option, but it’s not 4 or 5 star accommodations.

GGuest UserWe had a bit of complicated stay. It was just for one night, but I wanted an adjoining room to a suite. I took 3 teenage boys there so that they could go to 6-Flags for a birthday present. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received! The receptionists worked closely with me to get that situation set up. There were numerous phone calls and it worked great! We had a billing issue which was addressed by Mr. Franco with personal diligence. And set straight with little effort on my part. LaQuinta is amazing at taking old venues and updating them into affordable hotels. This was no exception. It was clean and well appointed. There were some outdated features--like the bathrooms but they were clean and functional. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected and was continually stocked by the staff. The pool area was clean and a good time for the boys. If I had cause to return to the area, I would defiantly look into staying there again.

白白Just on the side of the road, there is a big parking lot, of course, free parking. The room was still better than expected, the heating foot, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, coffee machine. Disposable cups are provided but there is no kettle. Breakfast is also more than expected, milk coffee oatmeal, apple, toast, all kinds of bread, waffles (self-baked), all kinds of jam and butter with bread, no problem to eat, of course, can not be compared with the star hotel buffet, But at least, for example, the free breakfast at home is good. The price is still a good choice. The restaurant is just outside the window, the scenery is very good.
