Have to ring a doorbell to even get in the door to the front desk. Room was dirty and infested with roaches. Attempted to go back to the front desk but buddy never answered the doorbell. It was too late in the night to find another hotel so I took my chances and stayed. Was told early check out was not a problem, but at 5 am had the same problem with no one answering the doorbell. Didn’t even use the shower knowing I’d feel dirtier after I got out. Inflation has definitely made a 2 day trip just about break the bank but I would still expect the quality for the price

It needs urgent remodeling, the rooms had a strange and very strong smell. It doesn't have an elevator. Bad choice if you go with family.

Best part you can reserve and pay full price at hotel. Its a good quick layover for a night.

Ppl have gotten so rude nowadays. The next room was so loud and at midnight the music started. It was rough and every night.

El servicio pobre ,el desayuno incluido muy pobre, el servicio de cuarto pésimo, pienso que al frente deben tener personal que hable inglés y español y en verdad necesita el lugar completo una remodelación desde los cuartos hasta la parte de afuera y entonces verán que eso no se va a vaciar. Gracias

This is a motel not a hotel. 1980’s needs a renovation… my shower started hot, soaped up then had to turn it off & wait to rinse. Due to this I was late checking out, we were pressured to check out l.
