I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Kashmir! The views from the hotel were gorgeous and situated right on the water at Dal lake. The owner, Latif, makes this place a must stay in Srinagar. Him and his helper made the stay very special. From cooking delicious breakfast to setting up Shikara rides, Latif treated us like family and was the best. I’d highly recommend staying here. Unforgettable experience at The Chocolate Box!!

The owner is not at all cooperative, no facilities in room according the room charges which is so high. Rooms are fine, but facility in the room not at all upto the mark. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks

The hotel is located just opposite dal lake ghat no 12 which makes it centrally located to most of the attractions within the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. We ordered breakfast during our stay and it was delicious and the quantity was also good. The highlight of this hotel is its owner mr lateef. He will be there to help you with all your needs and will give you all the information required to make your stay memorable.
