I stayed for two days here. Everything was great until i got sick. And i had to call my family member to help me late at night as i had a flight early morning. She stayed with me that night because she was a doctor and had to oversee me. While checking out the hotel explained how i had kept the guests without informing them and that they will charge 1500 extra per person. I explained to them i had gotten sick and it was an unplanned emergency, but their manager on duty got extremely rude. He then asked us to pay 2500 coz we had argued with him. When we denied, he said he’ll call and make sure we don’t leave here until we pay. He threatened us and got us late to the airport. We almost missed our flight. Horrific terrifying experience

It is a great property to stay in Srinagar. Location and Food is awesome. Staff is courteous and friendly. I would love to stay here again

Don’t think twice before booking this hotel. This is a beautiful hotel, great location, delicious food and awesome service. I was delighted and pleased by the service of the F& B department- by the Chef - Ajaz , Aamir, Suhail , Haris, Ghulam Mohd.

Our stay was very comfortable. Property is very beautiful with lush green lawns. The room was clean and spacious. Food was delicious and staff was very friendly and cooperative. Totally recommended to all coming with family, friends and children.

Excellent food by Chef Ajaz and excellent service by Suhail. Many thanks to make our trip memorable. They are always ready with what you need even it's special request. So must try food in restaurant. Location of hotel is just opposite to Dal lake.

We stayed in this hotel in August 2024. It is a good hotel with perfect location. It is right opposite to Dal Lake, Overall we had pleasant stay, food was good. Staff were all helpful. Rooms were neat and spacious. Recommended hotel for people who wants to stay near to Dal Lake

To begin with, Our stay at Hotel Grand Boulevard was amazing and our family enjoyed every bit and of the stay. Front office staff was so warm and welcoming mostly Mr Shahid Front office manager and Mr Majid Front office executive. We are looking forward to visit again.
