Location of property is good as it is away from hustle bustle of the city with calm atmosphere. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Amenities are good and the services provided were excellent. Special mention regarding the staff danish and ursil were excellent. Other support staff also were excellent. We got the tickets for gulmarg gondola booked within minutes by just sitting at the hotel lobby. It's really worth staying in this hotel. They upgraded our rooms also without any extra charges. Overall excellent stay in this property.

Room and common places are well decorated with aesthetic pleasure. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was served hot. But location of hotel was far from main market, hence auto or cab to be taken to go market areas. Salimar garden is walking distance. We stayed there for three nights. Overall it was pleasant experience.

I am proudly say that opting our stay at the montreal was justified. My family enjoyed a lot with good food, great comfort, satisfied with hospitality of the staff and management. This property being located in a prime location near the dal lake can cater all requirements of anyone staying in this hotel. Awesome staying experience.

The overall experience was great. Food - great
staff and service - awesome, everyone. Restaurant boys nadeem, daniel - watchmen, luggage boys, room service guys - all were very helpful and wanted to serve
amenities - hot water - shampoo soap etc - present
location - this location is a bit away from the main city center. It is near nishat bagh and shalimar bagh. I booked because i wanted to easily access some of the tourist places easily and in my daily commute to gulmarg/doodhpatri and other places the cab goes around the dal lake which is wonderful

Location quite far. Food is below average late at night at 1 am loud music was played and lot of noise was made. Horrible
would definitely not come here again. Please look for someplace nearby dal lake.

Great experience. Got a free upgrade to their executive suite. Fit and finish were excellent. Very comfortable beds, rooms.
