Good service staff The cleanliness in the room is not much. Decent food, dirty corridors, rooms advertised to extinguish the truth, not dirty Expensive, cleanliness and facilities could be better.

Wonderful place with beautiful people.i went to this hotel couple of weeks back and to our surprise golden tulip is one of the best hotels we have come across.wonderful staff with amazing services.Ms Misbah is one of the best HOD of this property..she and her team manages the front desk very well and take extreme care of the guest with a smiling face.

The overall experience was really good.. The food was excellent.. I loved the preparation... Chef is really nice.. I had a conversation with the chef Mr. Abbas was really nice and the preparations especially wazwaan dishes were really good...

It was our first trip to Kashmir with my 3 year old and my parents(70+). All in all marvellous hospitality. Each and every team is on its toes to serve customers. The hotel location is also very comfortable with walking to dal lake. Rooms are comfortable size with bathroom a little small but still very sufficient. Just one drawback that there is an upward inclined walk required to reach the reception that may not be very suitable to some old people. So make sure that your cabs reach to the hotel parking. Ubers/Autos work great in Srinagar and all drop/pick from hotel lobby.

The food at the Chinar resturant in lalit is really amazing and the view only escalates the experience. Cordial staff . Enjoyed the view the food. The hospitality.. .... !! Have already started waiting for the next visit Thanks for helping experience 😃

I went to golden tulip srinagar couple of days back with my family for a vacation. The stay was extremely wonderful and the staff is extreme polite. Special thanx to Ms.Misbah and her team who goes an extra mile to provide the guest with best services.

I was on a family Vacation to srinagar.As we heard about Golden tulip we were skeptical about the hotel as it's a European brand.but to our surprise the hotel is extremely well managed and the staff is so helpful and professional.Special Thanx to FOM Ms.Misbah her team saima,irshad and aijaz and all the other staff who provided an excellent service.

I used to come across with the couplets of Amir Khusro "Agar Firdous Ba Rooaiy Zameen, Hamee Asto Hamee Asto Hamee Asto". This stanza seems totally fit for Kashmir in general and Hotel Golden Tulip, Srinagar in particular. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful Shankaracharya hills on one side wherein you can enjoy the chirps of birds in the dawn and dusk. There is a beautiful view of Chinar Trees, Afarwat Ranges of Gulmarg, Snow Capped Mountains from all the rooms which gives immense pleasure and make you feel of Royal Stay. The food quality, the services, the attire of staff, all is up to the mark and it is not less important to say that this property has truly value of money and best location to choose for your comfortable and royal stay in Srinagar.
