I m loving it must visit once it was amazed experience service was good staffs were polite and receptionist Tahira and irfan were decent hotel was at peaceful place away from city overall amazing must visit with family

We will say thanks to Mr muntazir bhat ,he take care us in room dining as well as in restaurant and he guide us well about local tourist places and about Kashmir our room no was 216 we will come back as soon as possible in summer season

Hospitality and services provided by the hotel was excellent! Lovely staff, amazing food, and great hygiene. Upon request, food was prepared despite the buffet served. First ever hotel to give such an experience with exact specifications. Irfan from front desk , and Sameer & Saba from food & beverage department were the most helpful amongst all the staff at the hotel! When in Srinagar, would highly recommend one to plan their stay at this hotel without any hesitation.

The best sweet i have seen in a while , it was spacious ,well maintained and comfy . The best part was the service of this place and the staff was polite, cooperative and well disciplined especially the Hod Mr Asif and Ms Tahira. Will definitely visit this place again :)

Was a Comfortable Stay. Staff was literally very good, Special mention to Saba from F and B, Shampa, Irfan from front desk, Showkat from House Keeping. Overall nice stay. One can consider as it provides for a mid range room. Well suited for families.

Excellent Facilities and services. Specially co-operation from Tahira Madam and Adnan. It is little way away from city, but place is peaceful. May be outside temp is in minus, but from inside the hotel it is comfortable

quite fluffy and it was confortable and cozy at the same time. Tahira and Adnan were of great help and quite hospitable. The staff was good and the hotel on the whole was a good stay. Not to mention the food, that was delicious

Spacious rooms with clean lenins, centrally heated, 24 hrs Hot water, staff is friendly and cooperative, Special mention for Tahira who assisted us with early check-in. Hotel is little far from the main city, so no wandering around in the evening, Breakfast Buffet could be better.
