Let's be honest here. No air conditioning, which makes it very difficult to sleep. The room was dirty and stinky (humidity from the bathroom), with cockroache. Breakfast was supposed to be available for 10 euros, but the host himself admits he doesn't like/want to prepare it (too complicated...). The space available in the common fridge is really tiny (you can't store any proper food for cooking). And last, we couldn't take any shower in the early morning (before going to Mount Pico), as the water was cut at night...We give it 1 "star" only because 0 does not exist

Gîte très bien, très belle vue sur l'île Sao jorge, cuisine commune bien équipée. Bien situé 20 mn de l'aéroport. Un peu déçue de ne pas avoir pu, dire au revoir à notre hôte...........................................................

This accommodation has an interesting layout, the rooms are "friendly", but as it is very close to a busy road and the soundproofing is not the best, those closest to the road do not provide the peaceful environment that you expect on vacation.
The staff is friendly and available, always trying to help.
Pay attention to the indication of breakfast, it is not included, it is paid separately. What they have is a common room with a refrigerator where we can prepare our own meals.
