Eurohotel Katrin Suites

Excellent hotel and service from all staff. We had our honeymoon here and we were treated exceptionally well. From artivss as l until leaving . Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return. Location is great , beaches close by and great family restaurants if you wish to venture out.

Just got back from our week away at katrin suites and only have positive things to say about this hotel. We booked the executive room with private terrace and pool. The room was fantastic. We enjoyed our own private space and pool and had a fantastic view. Upon arrival we was welcomed with some snacks amd champagne. Upon entering our room we were given a platter of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. It was also our anniversary whilst there and they made it special for us. They used fresh towels to make swans with a big heart on the bed, we were given an anniversary cake at the restaurant and the staff had a toast with us to celebrate. All thr staff were so friendly, especially the restaurant staff who we enjoyed having a good chat and laugh with. The hotel is very clean throughout. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed a minimum of once a day. Location is good. Only a short 5minute walk to the main shops/restaurants We would definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend to everyone

The staff was so kind and accessible, they were always available for help and questions. The hotel was nice and our room was lovely. There is a pool and pool bar with variety of drinks and snacks. Overall our experience there was great and we would definitely go back.

A last minute booking as our holiday to Cyprus was cancelled it's small boutique hotel with lovely rooms and we were really pleased with our room for 3 large bright and airy 2 large beds and a sofa bed in the lounge! The staff are amazing a special shout out to Petros and Irini at evening meals (telephone) was their catchphrase a drink of reki they made us feel so welcome( lovely ladies ) chef Johnny Maria Julie Manos Harris Enri all work so hard katrini who bought us chocolate every night always a smile we also met lovely people Jill Garth Jane Simon and Alan Carolyn ..also lots of others a lovely vibe in the hotel . The fridge was filled everyday by Manos nothing was too much trouble . Only downside no processo or Cava on all inclusive but plenty of choice on other drinks ! Also very large portions amazing food and the ice-cream yummy . Thank you for all the staff for making our holiday memorable

Very last minute booking with Jet2 as our adults only holiday to Cyprus was cancelled night before by TUI We had such a lovely time we soon got over the upset of the cancellation and met some lovely people We had 2 rooms a junior suite 205 for 2 and executive suite 310 for 3 both overlooking the pool and across to the sea Both rooms were great kept spotless Complimentary drinks and small waters in fridge and 2 bottles of wine and large water on arrival The tap water is safe to drink in Stalis Despite our late arrival 3am we were given champagne and canapés whilst checking in and fruit platter and sandwiches in our room All the staff we met were fabulous Food and drink excellent It is a smaller hotel than we usually go to but we were more than happy with our choice and would 100% recommend Special shout out to Petros and Irini looked after us at dinner and many thanks for my birthday cake and Prosecco Manos and Haris lunch time and breakfast and Johnny the chef Enri Julie and Maria at the pool bar All staff 5 star A nice touch was the complimentary 20 minute massage in the onsite Spa and the manager inviting you to a meeting to check all ok Only niggle we had was no Cava or Prosecco on all inclusive but plenty other drinks available Final nice gesture was a gift of Cretan soaps as we checked out Hope to see you all again soon

Our first time staying in the Katrin suites but hopefully it won’t be our last, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Location is excellent, a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants of Stalis. As all inclusive guests the quality of food and service was outstanding, the staff cannot do enough to make sure you are their priority, from reception staff to restaurant, bar, spa, cleaning and maintenance, you are made to feel welcome and important. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This was our first time at an adults only hotel, it was lovely to be served at your table and to have the choice of buffet and a la carte, food was different every evening, Our room was beautiful, the pool area so relaxing, it felt like a retreat! we hope to be back to enjoy this wonderful experience again. Yamas!!!

A truly amazing hotel , made even better by the staff especially Julie and henry and all the restaurant staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have a smile . The rooms are modern and comfortable and spotless, the food is excellent and plenty of it . Not too far from the beaches. Enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next summer , can't wait

Following a hotel cancellation with just 2-weeks notice in Stalis, managed to book two rooms at the Katrin Suites (Adult Only) with very short notice. BIGGEST POSITIVES ARE THE STAFF, in particular the bar and restaurant staff - they made our stay, in particular, Aris, Manos, Julie and Henry and the morning female chef and the food at breakfast, albeit a little repeatative for a 2-week stay, was always fresh and plenty of it. Fresh cooked omlettes and eggs lovely but maybe took too long. Did attend the Friday night Greek night, some of the food stated on the menu was not available, however the octapus main was amazing. Live Greek music played during the meal but finished as soon as meal finished, would have been nice if the music carried on after the food had been served. Appreciated following an email asking if our two rooms could be located next to each other which was carried out. Considering both rooms were "Junior Suites" both rooms were very different, one being a large square open room, the other with a wall between the bedroom area and the dressing area. The room with the wall was incredibly hot (evening with constant air conditioning and a ceiling fan over the bed, whereas the other open plan room was lovely and call. In one room the dressing table was not located underneath the mirror and had the large TV on it, the sideboard was located under the mirror which you couldnt sit at - a simple fix to switch the two pieces of furniture around. Lack of plug sockets too. Pool could have been cleaned more often, very sandy where people back from the beach entering the pool without using the poolside showers and the very small spa/whirl pool did not work for the 2-week period. Also decking around pool area not great, my partner got a splinter and sunbeds on one side are uneven with the foot of the bed on the decking and the head end on the paving? A nice smooth tiled area would have been better on one level. Reception area has been renovated, very modern and welcoming, with a lovely welcoming scent. Shame that the same hasn't been followed through with the bedrooms, albeit renovated no soft furnishings. One of our rooms had the same wall canvas in the dressing area and then above the bed, a small thing but lacked some thought as to having two different canvases. Some dried flowers lay on top of the sideboard unit, again lack of thought as to them taking up worktop space when they could have been simply placed in a vase. Maybe a nice lamp on the sideboard instead of having the main lights on all the time, room with the wall between was very dark. Ample wardrobe space however. Tap in the bathroom a little strange, difficult to use tap, however the rest was very modern and clean. Cleaning not 100%, had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls twice although the room had been cleaned. MAIN ISSUE is the crossing of the main road outside the hotel to get the beach, shops and tavernas. Presume this is why an adult only hotel as no wa

We stayed in the executive suite beautiful modern apartment with the use of our own pool,fizz and nibbles on arrival and lovely soft face towels such a lovely special touch to what was a fantastic start to our stay only issue we had was the aircon couldn't turn it up to make the room cooler so had the ceiling fan on too which made a whirring noise which for first few days found it hard not to hear whilst sleeping ( my husband had no issues sleeping though) i soon got used to it. staff were amazing and very attentive and friendly we did bed and breakfast only breakfast food was lovely with a good choice to suit everyone. great location 5 minutes walk to the main ***** main road was busy to cross but there is an underpass you can use .loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning in the future
