Appartamenti carini, c'è da sistemare qualcosina ma siamo state benissimo nonostante i 4 piani a piedi che però ci hanno permesso di godere di una vista fantastica. Proprietari e i loro 3 cani sono favolosi. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo 😘😘

Wir können hier die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Wer für diese günstigen Preise ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet sollte sich selber mal hinterfragen. Klar hat dieses Hotel nicht fen neuesten Stand, aber man hat 2 Räume, und entweder eine Terrasse oder 2 niedliche Balkone. Allgemein ist die Ausstattung eher älter, alter griechischer Style.... Für uns hatte es wahnsinnig viel Flair und und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung war sehr herzlich. Lila, einer der Hunde kam auch immer wieder vorbei um Hallo zu sagen, was uns als Tierfreunde sehr gefreut hat. Da dieses Hotel am Hang liegt mit Sicht aufs Meer (von allen Balkonen) sind nun mal ein paar Stufen vorhanden. Wer einen Aufzug erwartet muss wohl besser einem Urlaub auf den Malediven oder ähnlichem buchen. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer geholfen. Selbst Zahnpaste die uns ausging wurde uns für die letzten 2 Tage gegeben... Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln

We have been there for 16 days so far, for this money it really is a dream, the balcony is huge with the complete view of Stalis Chersonissos and Malia sea and mountains 😍 we will travel there every year for a month ... the apartment is really recommended, great location, beach, close to supermarkets, shopping mile, everything very close ... it's really worth it ♥️

Kudos to the person who posted the real photos of this s**thole, the official ones are of a different resort, Heliotrope looks nothing like the photos the owners have posted. The latest reviews reflect the standard offered. Make sure you read them before booking this awful place. Doesn't even deserve one star!

Not even worthy of one star. Discrimination against disabled people, dishonest in their description of access and unwilling to offer a refund for disabled people who are unable to even reach reception. People BEWARE this is not a disabled friendly resort and frankly are extremely unhelpful in offering refunds.
