Great
GGuest UserThis hotel is beautiful inside and outside and located in a fantastic spot. Not far from a lot of things to do in St. Albert. and Edmonton ( when they all reopen. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and was greeted by Andrea and her trainee at the front desk. So friendly and inviting, was very knowledgeable of the area and explained all hotel amenities available to us during our stay. Room was clean and I noticed that the towels were sanitized and hand sanitizer was available throughout the hotel. Thank you so much for all you are doing to keep everyone safe! We will be back when the ******s are open again and we have our next date night!
__JSZ526855000115****Newly opened hotel, very close to West Edmonton Mall, just across the street, and there is jollibee fried food next to the show, which is very convenient. But the service is average, the hand sanitizer is gone, the front desk said the person who replaced it would be late, and no one replaced it after he left. The room is large, and it is equipped with a microwave and a large refrigerator, which is very convenient. The curtains in the room cannot be closed, and the lights outside are still quite dazzling at night. The waiter does not speak Chinese, and toiletries need to be charged separately.
GGuest UserAverage stay, had paper thin walls (could hear neighbours flushing their toilets) or people’s footsteps upstairs. Also, the pillows considering it’s a hotel were disappointing. But the room was big and clean, breakfast is standard and it had a pool, fairly large hot tub. Furniture, decor and carpet looked dated.
JJase CWe had a lovely stay. They’ve set up the room as per request. There was a reasonably sized gym for working out, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. We tried having dinner and the food was awesome, the ambience was just perfect. Even the breakfast was great, with lots of choices. To improve further maybe add more washroom kits, like toothbrush and toothpaste and extra towels. Please extend breakfast until 10am on weekdays for those who wake up late, and a lifeguard for the pool if there are kids around.
JJojoClean and tidy room
The breakfast was very simple, just eggs, potato chips and bread, and there was not much space. I was a little disappointed and had to eat out again.
The hair dryer stops after 2 minutes and I can’t continue blowing.
The only advantage is that it is very close to West Edmonton Mall.
FFrankiePlace was reasonably clean, amenities are ok and breakfast is good. However they are understaffed at night, making check-ins a long process. There's only one attendant and when I arrived there are at least 8 people In the line. No bottled water or sandals.
阿阿里山The hotel facilities are excellent; everything is clean, tidy, and all amenities are fully stocked – truly comprehensive! I was pleasantly surprised by the interior setup when I opened the door. To find such facilities in a budget chain hotel costing just over 100 CAD was truly impressive, and I was very satisfied. The only minor drawback I could mention is its slight distance from the airport and train station.
GGuest UserThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.
JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
