The hotel reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was efficient and quick, and room service was prompt and responsive. Whether it was changing towels or other needs, they were all resolved quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at prices similar to those outside restaurants. The hotel was filled with flowers and plants, making it a great place for taking photos. There was also a physiotherapy center next door, where I had cupping done. The technique was very professional. Highly recommended! The hotel staff always greeted guests with a smile, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

I booked this hotel after seeing good reviews on Ctrip, and it lived up to its reputation after checking in. The hotel has a private parking lot, which is convenient and safe. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. It's great value for money and highly recommended.

The hotel facilities were good, spacious and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Yanoda across the street. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. I couldn't sleep at other hotels because of mosquito bites, but I slept soundly here (the staff had applied mosquito repellent early and provided extra spray). The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, so I immediately extended my stay for two more days! 😄😄 The staff were beautiful and kind, providing travel tips for Baoting. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the chance! 👍👍👍

It's great value for money. There's a parking lot, so it's very convenient to drive here. The parking fee is 8 yuan, which is acceptable. The hygiene is also good, and there are many restaurants nearby. I will come again.

Staying at Baoting Coconut Xiangge Hotel is super surprise! Open the window is full of green coconut groves, and the air is full of fresh grass and wood. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the tropical style decoration was very atmospheric. The breakfast is rich in variety and the local specialty snacks are super authentic. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, and also recommended the nearby rainforest hiking route. Not far from the county seat, convenient for eating and shopping, quiet in the middle of noisy. The price is super high, next time you come to Baoting, you will still live here, highly recommended!

The room is not big, the space is relatively high, the house facilities are relatively old, the terrace is large, and I drank tea on the terrace on the first day. The third floor is being renovated.
