My first time visiting Linfen, I stayed at Yinlu Lanshan Hotel. The owner told me it was fate that I arrived just as they opened! First, the location: although it's on the outer ring road of Linfen, it's only a few minutes' drive to the city center. I checked in directly after returning from Hukou Waterfall that day, and the next day I went to the Big Locust Tree, the Ming Dynasty Prison, and Guangsheng Temple in Hongdong County, all within a 40-minute drive. It offered both tranquility and convenience. I was truly amazed when I entered! The style was modern yet simple. There was a coffee and tea table on the first floor, so I could choose whatever I wanted. The room had a projector, and everything—bed, sofa, bathroom, and bathtub—was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. But what touched me most was the owner's sincerity and enthusiasm. As soon as I arrived and mentioned, ”No elevator?”, the owner immediately offered to help me with my luggage. Although I ended up carrying it myself, his kindness was incredibly heartwarming. Later, he also gave me detailed advice on what to do in the surrounding area, thinking of everything so thoughtfully. I hope to stay here again next time I come to Linfen!
