The insect control is terrible! The location is by the river, surrounded by lush vegetation, but the windows don't have screens, just curtains, which offer absolutely no protection against insects. Also, the door has no threshold or bottom strip; the 5-8mm gap at the bottom allows insects to easily enter and exit. I was woken up in the middle of the night by strange noises, and when I got up, I found a 5cm cockroach! I was furious!
