2-Star Hotels in Srinagar

We group of 3 couples with kids stayed here in April 2024. We booked three rooms stayed couple of night, It really pleasent experience staying at the Jamawar Hotel. Starting from our arrival staff is very suppotive and quick while responding. Hotel location is near by dal lake and mughal garden. Rooms are very specious in size and clean. Omly thing wanted to highlight is all our three rooms do not have AC heater instead of that they have provided heater blankets and portable heater too. Food quality is good and testy, you will get both options buffet and ala carte which includes veg and non-veg both. Only thing needs more improvement is time taken to refilled few dishes, order also takes time. But since food quality and taste is there so can be ignore waiting time. Owner personally keeps an eye on all the activities also support us for booking cab, guidance on points to vist. One more person is genuinely gem i.e. Mr. Aamir (Manager) of hotel who supported us on all small issues. So overall really great experience staying at the jamawar compare to charges of rooms. The hotel location is good, near mughal gardens and easily accessible in the city. The rooms were decent and clean, the rooms were not that modern looking but they were good. The food was good including dinner and breakfast. The service was also good, the local staff was nice and friendly. Their carpet shop next to the hotel had a very good collection.

I had stayed with my family here, just overnight. The exterior of the hotel looks nice, but the interiors disappoint. The hotel is pretty far from the sightseeing places, but the saving grace for the hotel and the only plus point is that it is very near to the airport. The hotel helped in calling the cab early at 7:15 a. M. Recommend this hotel only for an early morning flight otherwise, it is outrageously priced for the rooms that are available.

Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.

Hanji. I m free now. The place where stay during kashmir trip is hotel rooma. Rooms are good. We haven't face any problem there. Staff was also quit nice.

Great location, lake view rooms beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service i food was good and great value for money and services. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
