Удобный Отель, для меня главное было возле моря, пляж. Администратор доброжелательная, отзывчивая девушка Наталья! Что вас интересует расскажет, покажет направления куда идти. Чистота, порядок!

Отличный гостевой дом, ездили с парнем, нам ВСЁ понравилось, территория дома прекрасная, есть кухня, туалеты, бассейн, лежаки, красивые столики, просто супер!!!!👍🏼 особенно понравился хозяин-Минас, очень вежливый, позитивный, веселый, добрый мужчина! Было очень комфортно🫶🏻 Обязательно вернемся сюда ещё не один раз, потому что возвращаться именно сюда хочется безумно!!! Вид шикарный, местоположение отличное, 5 минут до олимпийского парка, 10 минут до Сочи парка, пляж тоже рядом!!

The presence of the elevator has also become a pleasant bonus, especially after long walks around the surroundings. We booked a room for three days and never regretted our choice. On the first day we had a small incident: my daughter was burned a little bit in the sun. However, reception staff responded quickly and offered pantenol spray to make things easier. Such care and attention to guests really please! The hotel is in a quiet place where you can enjoy calm and wake up to the singing of birds. It is an ideal place for those who want to rest from the city's vainness and enjoy nature. If you are not looking for parties and alcohol entertainment, here you will be able to sleep perfectly and restore strength. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and quiet place for a rest. We are happy to return here again! 👍

Комментарии в разделу удобства: ＞ Провальная шумоизоляциия, слышны звуки у соседей. Удивительно, как в таких основательных зданиях такие дешевые стены.  ＞ Кровать ужасная, мы всю неделю плохо спали. Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.  ＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи. ＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

This hotel has a very good location, it is next to the train station, pedestrian street, there are two magnets next to, burger king. I chose a room without a window, the cheapest, well, nothing, quite tolerable. The sunset and shower are. There is a food reception room. There is a microwave, a teapot, a refrigerator. In principle, for a few nights I recommend. In this room without a window, I don't know how they have a precise ventilation, write that it doesn't work.

Очень понравился этот апарт-отель, все новое, чисто, в номере есть все необходимое для комфорта, красивый вид на море из номера. Также есть небольшой уютный дворик. Быстро работает интернет. Большое спасибо старшему администратору Маргарите за ее профессионализм, доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

Mattresses are flexible, not cheap. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is not new but quite clean. On the first floor the dining room at the restaurant price. Food for 3 cu. Better add and go to Grusha, which is next to the hotel. Nothing for children. Would I go back there? I'm not likely. I want to visit other hotels.

In the room on the floor of a carpet that is not cleaned. The hotel is conveniently located - next to the station (10 minutes walk) and airport. The room is three-bedroom but on the balcony there was only one chair. Staff is kind. Breakfast is undiversified but satisfactory and delicious
