Very Good
GGuest UserJust need a night stay for catching an early flight. The room is clean and front line lady is nice. Coffee is served in lobby. The only minor issue is the bath tub tab keeps dripping a lot of water while hving a shower so it is not a full load. According to the check in lady, armed security will be stationed at car park at night time, feel safe. Will stay again next time.
GGuest UserOverall this hotel is good if you just need a bed and a warm shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful! This is a no frills stay but gives you the necessities and a safe spot within the city. The hotel is gated to keep unwanted visitors out and our rental car was safe in the lot. The beds arenât the nicest, very stiff, and the pillows were very flat- but for the price per night it was fine. We didnât spend any time in the room except to shower and sleep- which this hotel was perfect for lol. Our room had a smoke smell to it, but we were fine dealing with it. Notified the front deals and they made sure to make a note of it so we werenât charged smoking fee. Pros: cheap, nice helpful staff, hot shower, good water pressure, gated lot, decently safer area than further into Albuquerque.. Cons: hard bed, flat pillows, thin towels, landlord special upkeep lol.
AAecoThe staff at the counter had a good attitude. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom when I checked in. The equipment was replaced after notification. The equipment was a bit old. There were vagrant activities near the hotel. I was worried about the house, but it was still safe.
RRhonda DhondaWe really had a great time in Albuquerque. Despite taking a wrong turn and ending up in the God-forsaken city to begin with. I have to admit that I had a really nice experience with the local drug dealers. They were all so great. I almost wanted to stay longer. But due to the bad timing of my partner's inconsiderate overdose, I must leave. So farewell God-Forsaken City, until we meet again,

MMinsterRoom 224 is so noisy with constant âcompressorâ noise coming from rooms on either side. One side the noise sounded like a refrigerator whining away the whole night and the other side sounded like a fan motor grinding away on and off... Noises wasn't noticeable after checking into the room and with TV on, but kept me awake half the night.
MMike and Lea KlattThe best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo⌠but donât expect much. ďżź
GGuest UserThis was out 3rd trip through Albuquerque and we have stayed at the Microtel every time. Rooms are great. Refrigerator. Continental breakfast. Everything is slways terrific.
OOlivia LozaThe place is located close to the Convention Center, 5 min. Drive
The room was clean when we got there
The guys at the help desk were very nice and always willing to help.
The âbreakfastâ offer very few granola bars, fewer apples, some yogurts and coffee, only regular sugar. No sweetener of any kind, the juice machine was not working the 4 days we stayed there.
Cleaning the room. They require that the customer request the cleaning of the room. .In writing in a post it, and signed it,! then the guy at the help desk sign it too.
