3-Star Hotels in Gramado

Hotel sensacional.

Excellent in everything, I'm going again in January and I'll stay the same. In all aspects the hotel is excellent. Congratulations

A cozy hotel with good breakfast and a good location. Equip carefully and request. All very sympathetic and educated. Recommended

A great place, very welcoming city and super friendly people

The hotel is very good, but I have nothing to complain, and the grassroot offers tours with a guide, which starts transport at 6 a.m. The hotel does not provide breakfast. I asked and the metrie was very requested, heartily, extremely educated informing that I would release what was ready at 6:15. Our guide passed 6:20 a.m., and we swallow something quickly, so I suggest that in these holiday periods they have a time that is compatible with the guides' timetables, starting at 5:30 a.m.

Good morning! The location is good, the service was slow but they were very attentive, regarding the cleanliness and especially the pillowcases were not clean, they did not clean the room, there was no toilet paper, we asked the maids and they did not bring it, we left the hotel and were out for about 6 hours when we returned we had to go to the reception to ask...

I visited Gramado for a week because I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law nearby. I think the overall situation of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement!

Clean hotel, educated people good food.

This time it wasn't so nice because I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist wanted to collect the amount I had already paid because it did not appear to her that the app had passed her the value. On the other day it was all right but I almost had to pay double and that generated a stress and delay in check
