One mildly spicy and four non-spicy dishes—classic dishes to eat with rice, like braised chicken, twice-cooked pork, and home-style tofu. Everything was delicious. The portions were large; six people couldn't finish five dishes. You can always trust Sichuan chefs. Every meal on this trip was delicious and affordable.
