GGuest UserThis orange hotel is so pleasantly surprised! The transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet and elegant, the decoration is stylish, and the window is opened to have a wide view. Downstairs is the park. The laundry room and gym in the hotel are fully equipped. It is comfortable and relaxing to live. It is worth mentioning that the service of this hotel is too intimate! Due to my negligence, I found out that the clothes were left in the room after checking out. The front desk staff Xiao Gao (a beauty in Korla) and Shen Xinlin took the initiative to help me coordinate. Thank you very much. The warm and efficient service attitude of these two front desk staff made me choose the Orange Hotel in the future. Also to mention is Xiao Gao's quick enthusiasm to help me take ice cubes, I am very touched, this hotel recommended to friends who travel.

YYanjuluoshixiaFacilities: Basic facilities are OK, but there are two points: First, the charging socket is really weird. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

GGuest UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. It's very cost-effective. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and all the staff were very enthusiastic and patient. They also gave me Xinjiang dried fruits as a gift when I checked in. The breakfast was halal, with a wide variety and was especially delicious, especially the baked noodle and the tomato and egg dish. I will come again next time! Highly recommended

The first feeling when I entered the door was clean and refreshing, the whole house was cleaned meticulously, and there was no dust stains in the corner. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the rest at night is completely undisturbed. The check-in speed at the front desk is fast, the attitude is gentle and polite, and the demand response is timely. The surrounding transportation is convenient, the supermarket is complete, and it is very convenient to travel and play. The facilities are well maintained, the hot water is stable, the bathroom is easy to use, and the price is full. It is suitable for business trips or travel.

SSiyuexiaomengParking was super convenient, and it's really close to Lake Sai. The staff were very proactive; I met Mira, and there was also a handsome guy who started his first day of work there – I forgot his name, but he spontaneously helped me with my luggage. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but there's a whole street of eateries right downstairs, so you definitely won't go hungry. I'm planning to stay another night on my way back!

GGuest UserI went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Xxiao yun.Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserOur stay was fantastic! The location is superb, right by Sayram Lake. The room was spacious and clean, with underfloor heating that kept it warm and cozy. The facilities were exquisite and complete, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making for an excellent night's sleep. Ainur provided thoughtful and attentive service, even upgrading us to a family room when she saw we had a child. Getting around the area is convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, so you can easily take care of all your dining needs. This is definitely the top choice when visiting Sayram Lake – it’s such a relaxing and healing experience.

MM221185****Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake!
First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management.
What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors.
The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning.
All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.
