Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and any requests were handled promptly and patiently, always with a kind attitude. The guest rooms are spacious and airy with great natural light. The entire room was spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, ensuring a restful and peaceful sleep. The room amenities are comprehensive and well-maintained, the Wi-Fi speed is excellent, and the bathroom features a dry/wet separation with plenty of hot water. The toiletries are of high quality, and the soundproofing is superb, making for quiet and undisturbed nights – I felt very secure and peaceful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious and fresh options, with a well-balanced nutritional selection. The room was spacious and bright, the overall cleaning was very meticulous, there was no dust on the corners, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and it was clean and odorless. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the room has excellent sound insulation, it is very quiet at night, and I sleep very peacefully all night. Air conditioning, hot water, network and other facilities in the house run smoothly, and toiletries are fully equipped.
