I asked for a quiet room and not an end unit, and the agent immediately upgraded my room type and even gave me breakfast vouchers! The room was spacious, and I have to give a special shout-out to the pillows! They offer two types of pillows on the bed – cotton and rubber – so you can choose your preference. As someone who really dislikes cotton pillows, this was a thoughtful touch. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast variety was a bit limited; it could definitely be expanded. Other than that, everything was perfect. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby, and a bus stop right downstairs, making transportation convenient. (I forgot to take photos of the room, but even though I only stayed one night, it was a very pleasant experience!)
