3-Star Hotels in Dortmund

- Environment: The hotel lobby is not large and can basically reach the level of a 3-star hotel. - Decoration: Beautifully decorated and a very good environment. - Services: Free drinks and tea bags, as well as free laundry and drinking water. - Guest room: The bedding is of high comfort and the room is of medium size.

We were here to travel one night. Positive was noticed: + friendly service + Lobby environment + free parking in front of the hotel + small but very fine room + Cleanliness + windows can be opened Negative was noticed: - The air conditioning had no power. Over hours we had run it and tried to cool down, but it didn't work. Only 1-2 Grade it became cooler, then at least we could open the window in the evening - Kiss was not optimal for us (but this is always a taste matter)

The location of the hotel is very good, the hall is also very atmospheric, and the rooms are also very good. The facilities are complete, the decoration is warm and unique, and the service is also in place

Die Lage zum Signal Iduna Stadion ist super. Per Fuß ca 15 min entfernt oder mit der U-Bahn 2 min. Sauerberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Der Fön und ein Fenster waren leider defekt. Für eine Nacht vollkommen okay.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

Close to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

Nice place to stay for a while. Service was really helpfull.

That with the pin thir key did not work, had the wrong pin and it took a long time to reach someone on the phone

Function as city hotel, clean, beds ok, shower small but ok, bed linen and towels white and clean, breakfast too good, unfortunately the chair is out of operation and it is tiring to rise 2 floors stairs.

Reception was very good but the only thing that I don't like it was smoking smelling in side my room
