3-Star Hotels in Dortmund

The hotel is in a very good location. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the downtown pedestrian street for shopping and dining. The waiter is very nice and the breakfast selection is moderate. The only biggest problem is that the room lacks an electric kettle. Although the room is small, it is very clean and well-equipped, especially the bathroom.

For us it was the perfect stay. Personal was super friendly and helpful. My dog was best cared. We are already looking forward to the next stay.

I liked it. It was comfortable, elegant, clean, and it was available in the capacity to make coffee and heat water with tea, a refrigerator, a jacuzzi, a jacuzzi, and so on. And I didn't like it. No receptionist: Although booked and paid in advance was; getting in the hotel needed a telephone skill with an internet service outside the hotel door; without help it was difficult to get in the main door.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

Nice place to stay for a while. Service was really helpfull.

That with the pin thir key did not work, had the wrong pin and it took a long time to reach someone on the phone

Function as city hotel, clean, beds ok, shower small but ok, bed linen and towels white and clean, breakfast too good, unfortunately the chair is out of operation and it is tiring to rise 2 floors stairs.

Reception was very good but the only thing that I don't like it was smoking smelling in side my room

A very well located and simple process to checkin. The bathroom etc was perfect and I had a wunderbar sleep. If I visit Dortmund again, I will prioritise staying at these apartments.
