No disposable items, including shampoo, but the room is still clean and tidy. Send the children to the tennis school for a night. The front desk of the hotel is very warm and helpful.

Ich war für drei Nächte im Hotel Voramar. Das Zimmer war größtenteils sauber, die Möbel in gutem Zustand. Im Badezimmer gab es jedoch deutliche Mängel – insbesondere die Armaturen waren alt und abgenutzt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, bis auf einen Herren an der Rezeption, der mir am Abreisetag sehr unhöflich begegnete. Obwohl es nur zwei Minuten bis zum offiziellen Frühstücksbeginn waren, wurde ich zurück auf mein Zimmer geschickt, mit der Begründung, ich würde die Mitarbeitenden bei den Vorbereitungen stören. Andere Gäste durften zur selben Zeit bereits frühstücken – angeblich weil sie auschecken. Ich auch, aber mir wurde es untersagt. Der Vorgesetzte wirkte selbst irritiert von der Situation. Der Vorfall hat mir den Appetit verdorben und das Gesamterlebnis stark getrübt. Wegen des respektlosen Umgangs mit Gästen und der mangelhaften Kommunikation leider keine Weiterempfehlung.

The hotel is very clean, good location with everything nearby. Buffet with a variety of choices.

Amazing place if you’re coming only to chill, but as a solo traveler it wasn’t the best choice as there isn’t that much to do around the hotel. The hotel itself is amazing tho! Amazing food and service. (Mostly elderly btw if you’re young this isn’t the place to be)

Although the attention was good, we found it very outdated and not very welcoming, it also needs air conditioning, we had to ask for a fan for which they charged us, parking is easy in the surroundings, for three days it was fine.
