3-Star Hotels in Verona

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and contactless; the hotel staff were very attentive and attentive, constantly checking on our experience. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the train station and various attractions. The hotel environment was stunning; there was a pleasant fragrance as soon as you entered the elevator, the room was very clean, and the facilities were very modern. Overall, a fantastic experience!

For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. My payment should therefore not be interpreted as acceptance that the charge was properly disclosed or valid under my original booking. Thank you for investigating this matter. The hotel is located in 12-15 minutes from the main attractions. The Respeak was met by a very service administrator (Russian-speaking) who settled after 20:40 that later the Respeaking works. The room had a refrigerator with two types of water with gas and without. The teapot was not included in the room set. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Very, very satisfactory hotel, although it looks small, and the external three-star rating. But I think this hotel is much better than three stars. The characteristic is that the location is too good, right next to the amphitheater. Another is that the breakfast is very good. The small room is not a problem for me. It can be seen that the management of this hotel is also very good. The occupancy rate is very high.

The bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch. BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.

Marilyn Red Hotel, where Mari has lived! Although the room is not as big as the picture, it is a very refined hotel. Just next to the Verona Round Theatre, in the heart of the scenic area, basically walking to all the attractions, time can be controlled within half an hour! The luxury street next door is enough for a whole day. The Michelin recommended restaurant downstairs, the price is also reasonable, the train station is also 15 minutes walk, no need to worry about the location of the hotel. It was just that the bar on the rooftop had a private banquet that day, but I couldn’t experience it, but it felt great at night!

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It is situated in the best part of Verona, lots of Restaurants and shops. But very best things about this Hotel are, its cleanliness , and very attentive staff. Breakfast is varied and plentiful . You could not wish for a better place to stay. We shall definitely return.

When in Verona and you are looking for privacy, this is the place to stay. It's very close to the center, supermarket around the corner, quiet, easy to walk. The owner takes very good care with information and makes you feel welcome. The apartment has everything you need and even more. In short, we will come back

The location is very good, the room is very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is large. The washing machine is very Italian, working once, and resting for 30 minutes.
