AAnonymous UserHet hotel is wat gedateerd. De kamers zijn heel ruim. Met de traditionele Japanse kamer slaap je op de grond. Wij hadden een kamer met bad, maar dat bad is op een andere plek in het hotel. Met bad houdt in dat je 45 minuten tijd hebt om privé gebruik te maken van een bad. De kamers zijn heel schoon. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om te helpen. Ik vind de prijs voor een kamer wel aan de hoge kant.

GGuest UserIt was an amazing stay!
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the natural onsen was wonderful. I even felt like my skin improved during our few days there. We were initially a bit worried because two people in our group have tattoos, but it wasn’t a problem at all (as long as the tattoos are covered and not too large). They even sell cover stickers at the reception (220 yen per sticker, size 10 × 20 cm), which was very convenient. Both the indoor and outdoor onsen areas were beautiful and very relaxing.
Even though the rooms were traditional Japanese style and it was quite cold outside during our winter visit, the rooms were kept comfortably warm. The futons were super comfortable and we all slept very well.
One thing to keep in mind though, is that the ryokan is about a 30-minute walk from the train station. It’s also a good idea to bring cash, as credit cards may not be accepted. That said, the town itself is quiet and charming. On the way to the station, you pass a lovely river with mountains in the background.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily come back again!

GGuest UserIt's a Showa-era building, so it was nice to have a Showa-style presentation.
Cleaning was also done properly. The hot springs are quite large, have a slight sulfur smell, and the temperature is just right, not too hot.
The food was very delicious.
I would like to come again.
